الهدف الرئيسي من هذا المقال هو دراسة الاندماج المهني وعدم استقرار توظيف الإناث في سوق العمل التونسي. في الجزء الأول، سنناقش تطور وضع المرأة التونسية، خاصة مع تراجع الأمية وتحسن مستواها التعليمي. في الجزء الثاني سنتناول خصائص البطالة والتوظيف وفق عدة متغيرات. وسيتركز الاهتمام بشكل خاص على العمالة غير الرسمية والعمالة غير المستقرة للمرأة. The main aim of this paper is to review the vocational integration and the insecurity of female employment in the Tunisian labor market. In the first part, we will be dealing with the evolving status of Tunisian women, including the decline of illiteracy and the improvement of their levels of educational attainment. In the second part, we will be analyzing the characteristics of unemployment and employment depending on several variables. We will have a particular focus on the informal employment and the precarious employment of women. L’objectif principal de cet article est d'étudier l’insertion professionnelle et la précarité d’emploi féminin dans le marché d’emploi tunisien. Dans la première partie, nous aborderons l’évolution du statut des femmes tunisiennes notamment avec la baisse de l’analphabétisme et l’amélioration de leur niveau d’instruction. Dans la deuxième partie, nous allons examiner les caractéristiques du chômage et d’emploi selon plusieurs variables. L'intérêt sera focalisé particulièrement sur l’emploi informel et l’emploi précaire féminin. |
