المستخلص: يرصد البحث شبهات المشككين في السنة النبوية وصاحبها عليه الصلاة والسلام، ويتناول إحدى دعاوى التعارض المزعومة في نصوص الشريعة الإسلامية. هدف البحث: عرض شبهات المعاصرين التي أثيرت حول حديث سحر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، ودعوى التعارض بينه وبين آيات عصمة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، والتأكيد على عدم التعارض بين أدلة الشرع المستقيمة. منهج البحث: منهج العرض الوصفي التحليلي النقدي، بعرض المسألة وبيان أقوال المخالفين والرد عليهم. نتائج البحث وتوصياته: 1- لا تعارض بين دليلين من أدلة الشرع في الحقيقة؛ وإنما يكون في فهم المجتهد وظنه، فيجب العمل بكل الأدلة والجمع بينها، وإزالة موهم التعارض بحمل كل دليل حسب ما يليق به ويناسب المقام. 2- ثبوت سحر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، ومن يخوض فيه أو ينكره فهو بلا علم ولا برهان ولا تعظيم للقرآن ولا معرفة لمنزلة السنة. هذا وأوصي باستكشاف المزيد من القواعد العلمية المتينة؛ ليُستند إليها عند توهم التعارض، ولرد الشبه عن الكتاب والسنة.

The title of the research: The claim of conflict between the verse of infallibility and the hadith of the prophet's magic (when contemporaries". The importance of research: The research deals with one of the alleged conflicts in the texts of Islamic law. The purpose of the research: to show the face of the combination of the verse of infallibility and the hadith of the prophet's magic, and to show that there is no conflict between the straight evidence of The Shariah. Research approach: The method of analytical presentation by presenting the issue and making statements of violators and responding to them. Search results and recommendations 1- There is no conflict between two of the evidence of the Sharia in fact; rather, it is in the understanding and belief of the mujtahid, all the evidence must be worked out and combined, and the illusion of conflict must be removed by carrying each evidence according to what is appropriate for him and suits the denominator. 2- The magic of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) has been proven and that whoever denies it and wades into it, he is without knowledge, proof, exaltation of the Qur'an or knowledge of the status of the Sunnah. I recommend: Explore more solid scientific rules; to base on them when the illusion of conflict is delusional, and to restore the resemblance to the Qur'an and Sunnah.
