The African Charter established the African Commission on Human and Peoples' Rights. The Commission was inaugurated on November 2, 1987 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Commission is officially responsible for the three main missions the protection of human and peoples' rights, the promotion of human and peoples' rights the interpretation of the African Charter on Human and Peoples' Rights. La Charte africaine a établi la Commission africaine des Droits de l'Homme et des Peuples. La Commission a été inaugurée le 2 Novembre 1987 à Addis-Abeba, en Ethiopie. La Commission est officiellement chargée des trois principales missions la protection des droits de l’homme et des peuples, la promotion des droits de l’homme et des peuples l’interprétation de la Charte africaine des droits de l’homme et des peuples. |
