|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على دور الصناعات الغذائية في ظل التنويع من ناحية، وكمدخل لتحقيق الآمن الغذائي من ناحية أخرى، للخروج من التبعية الاقتصادية في ظل التطورات الراهنة التي يعرفها العالم وخاصة بعد جائحة كورونا التي أسدلت الستار على حقيقة اقتصادات الدول، والى أهمية الصناعات الغذائية المتعددة، وكقطاع ذات دفعة أمامية، وخلفية بحيث يعمل على إنتاج قيم إضافية متنوعة للناتج المحلي الخام، وذلك عن طريق الاستراتيجيات التي عملت بها الجزائر منذ 2001، تحت اسم البرامج التنموية سعيا منها لتحقيق التنوع الاقتصادي والاستدامة وكذا الاستقرار الأمني وخلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود نمو ملحوظ في مساهمة فرع الصناعة التحويلية الغذائية مقارنة بالفروع الأخرى رغم ضعفه بالمقارنة مع مساهمة الصناعة الاستخراجية، إلا أن قطاع الصناعة التحويلية الغذائية سجل نتائج إيجابية يعتمد عليها مستقبلا إذا وجهت إليه الجهود خاصة مع الثورة الزراعية التي تلحظها ولايات الجزائر خاصة الصحراوية منها.
|b This study aims to stand on the role of food industries in light of diversification on the one hand and as a gateway to achieve food security on the other hand, to get out of economic dependence in light of the current developments known to the world, especially after the Corona pandemic, which brought down the curtain on the reality of the economies of countries, and to the importance of multiple food industries And as a sector with a forward and backward impulse so that it works to produce various additional values for the gross domestic product, through the strategies that Algeria has worked with since 2001, under the name of development programs in an effort to achieve economic diversification and sustainability as well as security stability. The results of the study concluded that there is a noticeable growth in the contribution of the food-manufacturing branch compared to other branches, despite its weakness compared to the contribution of the extractive industry.
