جاء القانون ليحمي الحقوق المنوطة بالأشخاص لما لهذه الحماية من أهمية على المستوى الداخلي والدولي، وكغيره من الحقوق جاءت الحقوق الأدبية والفنية بتنظيم خاص وقانون خاص يحمي أصحاب هذه الفئة من التعديات التي لحقت بهم خاصة في ضل انتشار وسائل التقليد والقرصنة لهذا جاء القانون 03-05 الذي نظم حقوق حق المؤلف على مصنفه الأدبي والفني كوسيلة لزجر المعتدين على هذه الحقوق المهمة في رقي وتطور الشعوب. The law came to protect the rights entrusted to persons because of this protection’s importance at the domestic and international level. Like other rights, intellectual rights came with a special regulation and a special law that protects the owners of this category from the infringements that befell them, especially in light of the spread of the means of imitation and piracy. Regulate copyright on his literary and artistic work as a means to rebuke the infringers of these important rights in the advancement and development of peoples. La loi est venue protéger les droits confiés aux personnes en raison de l'importance de cette protection au niveau national et international. Comme les autres droits, les droits intellectuels sont assortis d'une réglementation spéciale et d'une loi spéciale qui protège les titulaires de cette catégorie contre les atteintes qui leur sont infligées. , en particulier à la lumière de la propagation des moyens d'imitation et de piratage. Réglementer le droit d'auteur sur son œuvre littéraire et artistique comme un moyen de réprimander les contrevenants à ces droits importants pour l'avancement et le développement des peuples. |
