المستخلص: عنيت الدراسة برصد فاعلية الخطاب الحجاجي في خطاب الوصية، ففي هذا البحث تطالعنا وصية ذهبية لامرأة عاشت في بيئة جاهلية؛ لكنها خبرت الحياة فصاغت تجربتها لابنتها لما حان زفافها بطريقة عكست قدرتها على الانتقاء اللغوي للألفاظ؛ لذا تحققت فاعلية الخطاب الحجاجي في الوصية من طريقة بنائه. فجمعت أمامة في الوصية بين ما يهدف إليه مؤلف الخطاب، وما يحدثه الخطاب من تأثير ناتج عن اتباع استراتيجيات وآليات إقناعية، وتعامل مع اللغة له خصوصيته وتميزه، وهو ما يمكن التعبير عنه بفاعلية الخطاب. لذا تناول البحث في التمهيد بعض المفاهيم النظرية التي لها علاقة بموضوعه. وتناول في جانبه التطبيقي توظيف أمامة للحجاج البلاغي كالتمثيل والاستعارة والطباق والمقابلة والسجع والجناس والوصف بالصيغ اللغوية كالمبالغة والتفضيل، كما استثمرت أمامة في تحقيق مقصدها الإقناعي الروابط الحجاجية كروابط التعليل للطلب وروابط العطف، والتوكيد وأسلوب الشرط وأسلوب القصر. ثم انتهي البحث بخاتمة تضمنت أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث على هدي من المنهج الوصفي التحليلي.

The study addresses monitoring the effectiveness of the Hajjaji discourse in the will letter. In this research, we deal with a golden will of a woman who lived in a pre-Islamic environment; but she experienced life, then formed her experience to her daughter's on the night of her daughter's marriage in a way that reflects her ability to linguistically select words. Accordingly, the effectiveness of the Hajjaji discourse in the advice was met through the way it was built. In the advice, Umama combined the author's purpose with the impact of the discourse as a result of persuasive strategies and mechanisms, along with linguistic dealing that has its own privacy and distinctiveness, which can be expressed as the effectiveness of the discourse. Accordingly, the research in the introduction, dealt with some theoretical concepts related to its subject. In its applied aspect, the research deals with Umamah's application of rhetorical argumentation, such as representation, metaphor, antithesis, paradox, assonance, alliteration and description in linguistic forms such as exaggeration and superlative. In achieving her persuasive effect, Umamah used the Hajjaji connections as the explanation of the request, conjunctions, assertion, conditionality and confinement style. The research was concluded with a conclusion that included the most significant findings of the research based on the analytical descriptive approach.
