المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى هدف رئيس وهو الكشف عن الدور الذي تقوم به المبادرات الحكومية في تحقيق التمكين الاجتماعي والاقتصادي للمتعافين من الإدمان، وعن نوع الدراسة فكانت وصفية تحليلية، كما استخدم منهج دراسة الحالة لعدد 10 من المتعافين من الإدمان والمستفيدين من تلك المبادرات، كما اعتمدت كذلك على الملاحظة ودليل دراسة الحالة، بالإضافة لعمل تحليل محتوى للبيانات المتعلقة بالمبادرات الحكومية، وعن أهم ما توصلت له الدراسة من نتائج توضيح ماهية تلك المبادرات والتي هي مجموعة من المبادرات الحكومية الخاصة بالمتعافين من الإدمان انطلقت من صندوق مكافحة الإدمان والتعاطي التابع لوزارة التضامن الاجتماعي بالدولة المصرية مثل (بداية جديدة، حرفة، بأيدينا، التعافي بطولة، مودة)، كما أسهمت تلك المبادرات للمتعافين من الإدمان إسهاما كبيرا في تمكينهم اجتماعيا واقتصاديا، وقد اتضح ذلك من خلال تحليل تلك المبادرات والهدف منها وكذلك الأطراف الفاعلة فيها والاستفادة المتحققة منها للمتعافين، وذلك ما أكده دراسة الحالة للمستفيدين من المبادرات، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أهمية المساندة الاجتماعية للمنضمين لها وعن مصادر المعلومات عن تلك المبادرات، فكانت مرتبة كالتالي الصفحة الرسمية لوزارة التضامن على الإنترنت، الأصدقاء والمعارف، وعن إسهام تلك المبادرات في تغير نظرة المجتمع للمتعافين، فأكد غالبيتهم أن التوعية الإعلامية والتثقفية للصندوق والمبادرات الناجمة عنه والتي تخص استيعاب المتعافين ترسخ وتدعم ذلك، كما لم يذكر أفراد العينة أي معوقات أو عقبات لتلك المبادرات تتعلق بمحتواها أو القائمين عليها واقترحوا القيام بمبادرات مماثلة وزيادة الدعم الموجه لها.

The main objective of the study was to reveal the role played by government initiatives in achieving the social and economic empowerment of those recovering from addiction. The type of study was descriptive and analytical. The case study method was used for 10 drug addicts and beneficiaries of these initiatives. It also relied on observation. In addition to doing a content analysis of data related to government initiatives, and the most important results I reached were to clarify what these initiatives are, which are a group of government initiatives for those recovering from addiction launched from the Addiction and Abuse Combat Fund of the Ministry of Social Solidarity in the Egyptian state, such as (a new beginning, a craft, with our own hands , Recovery is heroism, affection), and these initiatives for recovering from addiction also made a significant contribution to empowering them socially and economically. The study indicated that the social support of the sample members, whether it was formal, represented by the initiatives launched by the Addiction Control Fund, or informal, represented by family, friends, acquaintances, and co-workers, contributed 100% to their joining these initiatives, and about the sources of information about these initiatives, it was arranged as follows: the official page The Ministry of Solidarity on the Internet, friends and acquaintances, and about the contribution of these initiatives to changing society’s view of the recovering, most of them confirmed that the media and educational awareness of the Fund and the initiatives resulting from it, which are related to addiction, how to deal with it, and the need to accommodate the recovered, establish and support that, just as the sample did not mention any obstacles or Obstacles to these initiatives related to their content or those in charge of them, and they suggested carrying out similar initiatives and increasing support for them.
