|a أصبحت مؤسساتنا التعليمية والتي منها المعاهد الأزهرية بحاجة إلى نوعية معينة من القادة لديهم مهارات قيادية تمكنهم من إيجاد حلول ابتكارية وغير مألوفة للعديد من المشكلات التي تواجه هذه المؤسسات، الأمر الذي يسهم بتحسين أدائهم القيادي في العديد من المجالات. ويهدف البحث الحالي إلى الوقوف على الأسس النظرية لمدخل إدارة الأزمات، تعرف فلسفة تطوير المهارات القيادية لشيوخ المعاهد الأزهرية على ضوء مدخل إدارة الأزمات، تعرف واقع تطوير المهارات القيادية لشيوخ المعاهد الأزهرية، التوصل إلى مقترحات لتطوير المهارات القيادية لشيوخ المعاهد الأزهرية على ضوء مدخل إدارة الأزمات، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتوصل البحث إلى عدة مقترحات منها: تدريب شيوخ المعاهد على توظيف التكنولوجيا في العملية التعليمية والإدارية، اختيار شيوخ المعاهد بعناية على أسس موضوعية تعتمد على مجموعة من الأسس أهمها المؤهل العلمي (من حملة الماجستير والدكتوراه؛ وتكون الأولوية في الاختيار لحملة المؤهلات الأعلى من البكالوريوس)، والخبرة العلمية، وعدد الدورات (من خلال عمل دورات تدريبية مكثفة لهم؛ بالتنسيق مع كليات التربية من أجل رفع مستوى العمل الإداري والمؤسسي)، تنمية القيادات التربوية على فن التعامل مع الأزمات التعليمية.
|b Our educational institutions, including Al-Azhar institutes, need a certain type of leaders who have leadership skills that enable them to find innovative and unfamiliar solutions to many of the problems facing these institutions, which contributes to improving their leadership performance in many areas. The aim of the current research is to stand on the theoretical foundations of the approach to crisis management, know the philosophy of developing the leadership skills of the elders of Al-Azhar institutes in the light of the approach to crisis management, know the reality of developing the leadership skills of the elders of Al-Azhar institutes, come up with proposals to develop the leadership skills of the elders of Al-Azhar institutes in the light of the approach to crisis management, The descriptive approach was used, and the research reached several proposals, including: training institutes elders to employ technology in the educational and administrative process, carefully selecting institutes elders on objective bases that depend on a set of foundations, the most important of which is the academic qualification (from masters and doctorate holders; priority is given to those with qualifications). Higher than Bachelor’s), scientific experience, number of courses (through intensive training courses for them; in coordination with faculties of education in order to raise the level of administrative and institutional work), developing educational leaders on the art of dealing with educational crises.
