|b This article focuses on corporate CSR as a determining element of sustainable development, linked, Corporate Social Responsibility is the projection of Sustainable Development, On a practical level we try to understand the theories put forward on CSR and note its impact on the company then answer questions related to the presumed positive contents of CSR on the image of the company and the motivation of human resources through two dependent variables of the study namely the image and the motivation through a theoretical plan the conceptual framework of social responsibility and a positive influence of the application of a CSR approach in HRM.
|d Cet article porte sur la RSE des entreprises comme élément déterminant du développement durable, étroitement liée, La Responsabilité sociale de l’Entreprise est la projection du Développement Durable, Sur le plan pratique nous essayerons d’appréhender les théories émises sur la RSE et constater son impact sur l’entreprise puis répondre aux questions liées aux retombées positives présumées de la RSE sur l’image de l'entreprise et la motivation des ressources humaines a travers deux variables dépendantes de l'étude a savoir l'image et la motivation a travers un plan théorique le cadre conceptuel de la responsabilité sociale et une l’influence positive de l’application d’une démarche RSE dans la GRH.
