المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى نشر الوعي بين الباحثين بخصوصية المذهب الحنبلي عند تحقيق مخطوطاته، ولكون الموضوع لم يتطرق له بالبحث والدراسة، سرت في بحثي هذا على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، متناولاً فيه التعريف بالخصوصية لغة واصطلاحا، والتعريف بالتحقيق لغة واصطلاحا، والتعريف بالمخطوط لغة واصطلاحا، والتعريف بالمذهب الحنبلي، بعد ذلك تناولت خصوصية المذهب الحنبلي في الأصول، وفي المصطلحات، والكتب المعتمدة، وفي ترتيب الأبواب الفقهية، وفي كيفية الترجيح ومسالكه، وفي خطوط المخطوطات، وخلصت إلى أن للمذهب الحنبلي في مخطوطاته الفقهية خصائص تختص بها، وتختلف عن تحقيق المخطوطات في المذاهب الأخرى، وأن لتحقيق المخطوطات قواعد وطرق، ينبغي للمشتغل بتحقيقها مراعاتها والإلمام بها، وسؤال أهل الاختصاص عنها، وأن للمذهب الحنبلي خصائص في الأصول من حيث العناية بفقه السنة والأثر، وتقديمها على غيرها، فمجمل أصولهم: الكتاب والسنة، ثم فتاوى الصحابة، ثم القياس، على ما مر، وأن المذهب تميز بمصطلحات اختص بها، فهناك اصطلاحات خاصة بالأئمة، واصطلاحات خاصة بالكتب، واصطلاحات خاصة بالترجيحات والآراء والنقل، وأن من خصائص المذهب الحنبلي وجود مسالك الترجيح خاصة به، التي ينبغي للمشتغل بتحقيق كتاب في المذهب الحنبلي؛ أن يسلكها، ولا يخرج عنها، وأخيراً: أوصي بالاهتمام ببيان خصائص المذاهب الفقهية في المخطوطات، وذلك بإقامة المؤتمرات، وورش العمل، والدورات، وحث طلاب وطالبات الدراسات العليا على حضورها.

This research aims to spread awareness among researchers to the specificity of the Hanbali doctrine when examining its manuscripts. Because the subject was not addressed in research and study, I followed the descriptive analytical approach in this research, dealing with the definition of "specificity" linguistically and idiomatically, the definition of "verification" linguistically and idiomatically, the definition of "manuscript" language and idiomatically, and the definition of the "Hanbali doctrine". After that, I dealt with the specificity of the Hanbali doctrine in the fundamentals and in the terminology, as well as the accredited books, the arrangement of the jurisprudential chapters, and in the method of weighing and its ways, besides the fonts of the manuscripts. I concluded that the Hanbali doctrine in its jurisprudential manuscripts has characteristics that are specific to it, as it differs in the investigation of manuscripts from other schools of thought, and that the verification of manuscripts has rules and methods that anyone who works in verification should attend to, be familiar with and ask the specialists about. In addition, the Hanbali doctrine of jurisprudence has characteristics in the fundamentals in terms of taking care of the jurisprudence of the Sunnah and the tradition and giving them precedence over others, as all its fundamentals are: the Qur'an and Sunnah, then the fatwas of the "Companions", then measurement on what has passed. Also, the doctrine was distinguished by its specific terms, as there are terms specific to imams, terms specific to books, and terms specific to weighing, opinions, and transmission. Moreover, one of the characteristics of the Hanbali school of thought is the presence of weighing ways of its own, which a person working on verifying a book in the Hanbali school of thought should track down and not deviate from. Finally: I recommend paying attention to clarifying the characteristics of the jurisprudential schools of thought in the manuscripts by holding conferences, workshops, and courses, as well as urging postgraduate students to attend them.
