المستخلص: يشكل التعليم الإلكتروني إحدى المجالات الكبيرة لتطور التعليم في الوقت المعاصر، إذ يعني بمحاكات الأجهزة الآلية واستعمالها في نقل المعارف وتوفير فضاءات تعليمية مناسبة لوتائر التعلم لدى الأفراد، ويوفر تعلما حسب الاحتياجات التعليمية والدوافع الذاتية لكل متعلم. وهدفت الدراسات الحالية إلى تناول ظاهرة التعليم الإلكتروني كخيار تعليمي فرضته التكنولوجيات الحديثة، وسهل العمل التعليمي في المؤسسات التربوية، حيث له أبعاد نفسية ومعرفية ترقى لحد التحصيل الدراسي العالي في اكتساب المعرفة وفي بنائها، بل وفي سياقات استعمالها بأقل جهد وحسب وتيرة التعلم لدى كل مستخدم. وخلصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة العمل على اعتماد التعليم الإلكتروني كخيار استراتيجي مرافق لتعليم التلاميذ المعارف والخبرات والكفاءات في عالم اليوم، حيث يشهد هذا الأخير تطورا مذهلا في مجال التكنولوجيا والرقمة والذكاء الاصطناعي، ناهيك على الأبعاد النفسية والاجتماعية للاستعمال المنهجي لهذا التعليم في ظل تحديات كبيرة تواجه قطاع التعليم، كما خلصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة بناء مقاربة ذات بعد منهجي وتعليمي تتجاوز التركيز على المعرفة المذهلة التي يوفرها التعلم الإلكتروني، ومن ثم العمل بناء شخصية المتعلم بما يتوافق وانقاء المعرفة الملائمة حسب العمر الزمني والعمر العقلي للمتعلم، حيث يبقى التعليم الإلكتروني مجالا واسعا لتسهيل الفعل التعليمي والتعلمي في الحياة المعاصرة.

E learning constitutes one of the great areas of education development in the contemporary time, as it is concerned with simulating automated devices and using them to transfer knowledge and provide educational spaces suitable for the learning pace of individuals, and provides learning according to the educational needs and self-motivations of each learner. The current studies focused on investigating the phenomenon of e-learning as an accompanying educational option imposed by modern technologies, facilitating educational and learning work in the education system, as it has psychological and cognitive dimensions that rise to the level of high academic achievement in acquiring and building knowledge, and even in contexts of using it with the least effort and according to the pace of learning for each used. The current studies aimed to address the phenomenon of e-learning as an educational option imposed by modern technologies, and facilitated educational work in educational institutions, as it has psychological and cognitive dimensions that amount to high academic achievement in acquiring and building knowledge, and even in the contexts of using it with minimal effort and according to the pace of learning for each user. The study concluded that it is necessary to work on adopting e-learning as a strategic option accompanying the education of students with knowledge, experiences and competencies in today’s world, as the latter is witnessing an amazing development in the field of technology, digitalization and artificial intelligence, not to mention the psychological and social dimensions of the systematic use of this education in light of the great challenges facing the education sector. The study also concluded the need to build an approach with a methodological and educational dimension that goes beyond focusing on the amazing knowledge provided by e-learning, and then work to build the personality of the learner in accordance with the purification of appropriate knowledge according to the chronological age and mental age of the learner, as e-learning remains a wide field to facilitate educational and learning action in contemporary life.
