المستخلص: تتناول هذه الدراسة الإمبريقية دور الجامعة في تنمية المجتمع الريفي من خلال وظيفة تعليم الطلبة وتلقينهم مختلف العلوم والتقنيات وبذلك يسهم هؤلاء الطلبة في نقل هذه المعارف وتطبيق تلك التقنيات في مختلف مناحي الحياة وفي مختلف الأوساط والأقاليم والجامعة الجزائرية كغيرها من الجامعات قامت بوظيفتها التاريخية في المساهمة في تحرير الإنسان الجزائري وحماية تاريخه والحفاظ على قيمه المختلفة والمساهمة في ترقية لغته وتعميم استعمالها في كل جوانب الحياة, حيث تلعب العلوم الاجتماعية دورا هاما في ترقية الهوية والحفاظ على الخصوصية وتحقيق اللحمة الاجتماعية والصحة النفسية للمجتمع الجزائري والاندماج والتكافل والاستقرار والسكينة فكل فروع المعرفة الاجتماعية يكمل بعضها البعض وتسند بعضها البعض.

This empirical study tackles the role of the university to develop the rural community throughout teaching and educating students the different techniques of sciences. Therefore, those students will contribute to transfer the acquired knowledge and use it in their real life situations across their different living districts. Accordingly, the Algerian university, like other universities, has performed its historical role in contributing to free the Algerian citizen, protecting his history, preserving his different values and promoting his language by imposing its use in all the fields of life where the social sciences play an important role in developing the identity, preserving the privacy, achieving the social cohesion and the mental health of the Algerian society, besides its integration, collaboration, stability and tranquility. This is because all the branches of the social knowledge complement and support each other.

Cette étude impériale traite le rôle de l'université dans le développement de la société rurale à travers sa fonction d'éducation et d'apprentissage des étudiants par les différentes sciences et techniques, contribuant ainsi à la transmission de ces connaissances et à leur application dans les différents domaines de la vie et dans les différents milieux et régions, l'université algérienne comme les autres universités ayant rempli sa fonction historique de contribuer à la libération de l'homme algérien, à la protection de son histoire, à la préservation de ses valeurs différentes, à la promotion de sa langue et à la généralisation de son usage dans tous les aspects de la vie. Toutes les disciplines du savoir sociologique se complètent et se renforcent mutuellement.
