المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على منهج ابن قدامة رحمه الله في كتابه "روضة الناظر" في حكاية القول الأصولي وأثره في بناء المسألة الأصولية. وقد ضم البحث في طياته تمهيدا وثلاثة مباحث؛ ففي التمهيد مفهوم الحكاية، وهو إيراد الرأي الأصولي، وبيان أهمية ابن قدامة رحمه الله في الدرس الأصولي وفي مذهب الحنابلة، وأهمية كتابه "روضة الناظر" محل الدراسة، وفي المبحث الأول: ظهرت عناية الإمام في حكاية قول نفسه وفق منهج خاص قد التزمه، وحرصه على حكاية القول الأصولي داخل المذهب الحنبلي في جميع مسائل الكتاب وفق منهج خاص أيضا؛ إما من خلال روايات الإمام أحمد، أو من خلال أقوال أعلام المذهب الحنبلي. وفي الثاني: ظهر منهجه في حكاية القول الأصولي خارج المذهب الحنبلي؛ كمذهب الأئمة المتبوعين، والمدارس الكلامية، والأعلام المشهورين، إما من خلال توزيعها على الروايات أو أقوال أعلام المذهب، أو بإفرادها أثناء حكاية الأقوال في المسألة، وقد ظهر منهجه الخاص في حكاية قول الإمام الغزالي رحمه الله، من خلال تسميته- ولم يرد ذلك إلا في موضع واحد- أو من خلال بعض المصطلحات الدالة عليه باعتبارات معينة. ثم كان الثالث: في أثر هذه المناهج المدروسة في بناء المسألة الأصولية، أي: في اكتمال عناصرها وترتيبها، مع التمثيل بمثالين أو ثلاثة أو أكثر، بحسب ما يقتضيه الحال؛ توضيحا لعناصر البحث المذكورة. ومن أهم توصيات البحث: ضرورة العناية بمناهج البحث الأصولي في المذهب الحنبلي (من أقوال، أو أدلة، أو مناقشتها، أو بيان التوجيه لها، وقضايا الترجيح).

This research aims to elucidate Ibn Qudamah’s scholarly approach in his renowned work, “Rawdat al-Nazir,” concerning the narration of foundational statements and its profound influence on developing jurisprudential principles. This comprehensive investigation comprises an introductory segment and three interwoven sections. The narrative concept is meticulously explored in the introduction, highlighting the significance of Ibn Qudamah’s contributions to the study of foundational principles within the esteemed Hanbali school of thought. Moreover, it emphasizes the pivotal relevance of his original work, “Rawdat al-Nazir,” as the focal point of scholarly analysis. The first section elucidates Ibn Qudamah’s meticulous attention to narrating his pronouncements in precise alignment with a well-defined and unwavering methodology used in the Hanbali school. This methodology is equally reflected in the narrations of Imam Ahmad and the elucidations of esteemed scholars within the Hanbali tradition. The second section rigorously examines Ibn Qudamah’s distinctive approach to narrating foundational statements beyond the boundaries of the Hanbali school, encompassing other respected schools of thought, renowned theologians, and illustrious scholars. This is achieved by selectively incorporating them in narrations or citing venerated figures, underscoring their indispensability in addressing jurisprudential matters. Furthermore, this section reveals his unparalleled methodology in narrating the pronouncements of Imam Al-Ghazali through meticulous designations and specific terminologies. The third section delineates the profound impact of these examined methodologies on the complete construction of jurisprudential principles, highlighting their completeness and arrangement. This section vividly illustrates these elements supported by two or three apt examples. The study’s salient recommendations emphasize: the need for careful consideration of the methodologies employed in foundational research within the esteemed Hanbali school, encompassing the systematic examination of statements, supporting evidence, scholarly discourse, and the clear exposition of their significance and associated matters of preference. Consequently, this study provides invaluable insights into the profound knowledge and scholarly acumen inherent in the intricate tapestry of Islamic jurisprudence.
