المستخلص: العنوان: غاية المنتهى في جمع الإقناع والمنتهى، للعلامة مرعي المقدسي، أهميته، ومنهجه، وما لحقه من أعمال. الموضوع: يتناول هذا البحث كتاب "غاية المنتهى" للعلامة مرعي المقدسي (ت: 1033ه) رحمه الله، من ثلاث جهات: أهمية الكتاب، منهجه، تعريف بالأعمال التي لحقته. والمطلب الأول من البحث: معقود لبيان أهمية كتاب "غاية المنتهى" ومنهجه، وذلك في فرعين. الفرع الأول: في بيان أهمية الكتاب، وذلك من وجوه منها: عناية مؤلفه العلامة الشيخ مرعي بهذا الكتاب عناية خاصة، واهتمامه به، واستجماعه نفسه لتصنيفه، وأنه من كتب الشيخ التي ألفها بعد نضجه العلمي، واستكماله أدوات التأليف، واعتماده في نقل المذهب وتحرير المعتمد منه، وتنوع خدمة الحنابلة له شرحا وتحشية، وظهور عنايتهم به، قراءة وإقراء ورواية في الإثبات وثناء عليه، إلى غير ذلك من الوجوه. والفرع الثاني: في بيان منهج العلامة مرعي في كتابه "غاية المنتهى"، وذلك في تسعى عشر معلما، منها ثمانية صريحة في خطبة الكتاب، اعتنى البحث بشرحها وتوضيحها، والتمثيل عليها، والباقي من معالم منهجه مأخوذ من استنطاق الكتاب، ومقارنة مادته بأصليه "الإقناع" و"المنتهى". ثم المطلب الثاني: في بيان الأعمال التي لحقت كتاب "غاية المنتهى"، وقد بلغت ثمانية أعمال.

Title: Ghayyat al-Muntaha in Combine between Al Eqna and Al Muntaha, by Allamah Mari al-Maqdisi, Its Importance, Methodology, and Subsequent Works. Subject: This research deals with the book “Ghayyat al-Muntaha” by Allama Mari al-Maqdisi (d. 1033 AH), may mercy be upon him, from three aspects: the importance of the book, its approach, and an introduction to the works that followed it. The first requirement of the research: It is to demonstrate the importance of the book “Ghayyat Al-Muntaha” and its approach, which is in two parts. The first part: In explaining the importance of the book, and that is from aspects including:  The care of its author, the scholar Sheikh Mar’i, with particular attention to this book.  The author was interested in it, as he assembled himself to classify it.  It is one of the books of the Sheikh that he authored after his scientific maturity and completion of authoring tools.  The author’s reliance on transmitting the doctrine and editing the approved one.  The diversity of the Hanbali service to the book in explanation, annotation, and the appearance of their care for it by; reading it, encouraging others to read it, narrating the evidence, praising it, and other aspects. The second part: In explaining the methodology of Allama Mari in his book “Ghayyatat al-Muntaha,” in nineteen parameters, eight of which are explicit in the sermon of the book. The research took care of explaining it, clarifying it, and representing it. The rest of the features of its method are taken from the book’s interrogation and comparing its material with its originals. “Al Eqna“ and “Al Muntaha“. Then the second requirement: In the statement of the works that followed the book “Ghayyat Al-Muntaha”, which amounted to eight works.
