المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على الأسس النظرية للتنمية المستدامة، وتحليل المسؤولية الاجتماعية وتوضيح دور كليات التربية في تنمية المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى الطلاب بعناصرها الثلاث الاهتمام- الفهم- المشاركة لتنمية الدور الاجتماعي للطلاب للمساهمة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، مع تقديم رؤية مستقبلية لتطوير دور كليات التربية في تنمية المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى الطلاب، مع توضيح أبعاد الرؤية وآليات التنفيذ، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي إضافة إلى أسلوب الدراسات المستقبلية "دلفي". تكونت عينة الدراسة من (23) خبيرا من كليات التربية، توصلت الدراسة من خلالها إلى عدد (71) دور لكليات التربية لتنمية المسؤولية الاجتماعية بعناصرها الثلاثة الاهتمام- الفهم- المشاركة، حيث توزعت هذه الأدوار على محاور الدراسة بواقع (18) دور لعضو هيئة التدريس، و(16) للأنشطة الطلابية، (12) للمناهج والمقررات الدراسية، إضافة إلى (13) دور للقيادات، و(12) للبرامج والدورات التدريبية، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من المعوقات التي تواجه كليات التربية لتنمية المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى طلابها لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، جاء من أهمها قلة الموارد والإمكانات اللازمة لتنفيذ برامج المسؤولية الاجتماعية، إضافة إلى غياب ثقافة المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى بعض الطلاب، قلة الحوافز والمكافئات التشجيعية.

The study aimed to shed the light on the theoretical foundations of sustainable development, analyze social responsibility and clarify the role of faculties of education in developing social responsibility among students with its three components: interest- understanding- participation to develop the social role of students to contribute in achieving sustainable development, with presenting a future vision in developing the role of faculties of education in The development of social responsibility among students, with clarification of the dimensions for the vision and mechanisms of implementation, this study relied on the descriptive approach in addition to the method of future studies "Delphi." The study sample consisted of (23) experts from the faculties of education, through which the study reached to (71) roles for the faculties of education to develop social responsibility with its three components: interest- understanding- participation. (18) roles for a faculty member, (16) for student activities, (12) for curricula and courses, in addition to (13) roles for leaders, and (12) for programs and training courses. The study also found a number of obstacles facing the faculties of education to develop social responsibility among their students to achieve sustainable development., the most important of which came from the lack of resources and necessary capabilities to implement social responsibility programs, in addition to absence the culture of social responsibility among some students and the lack of incentives and incentives.
