المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح لدور جامعة الطفل في تنمية المواطنة العالمية في ضوء متطلبات العصر الرقمي، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة استخدم المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة للتطبيق على عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والهيئة المعاونة بالجامعات المصرية قوامها (116) فردا، وتوصلت الدراسة لتصور مقترح لدور جامعة الطفل في تنمية المواطنة العالمية في ضوء متطلبات العصر الرقمي، ينطلق من فلسفة تقوم على طبيعة الطفل القابلة للتشكل والتعلم والتكيف، ولكنها في نفس الوقت طبيعة معقدة ومتعددة الجوانب، كما تنطلق من قيم السلام والكرامة، وقبول الآخر، ويقوم التصور على مجموعة من أدوار جامعة الطفل المرتبطة بتعريف الطفل بالمواطنة العالمية منها: تعريف الطفل بالعالم كله؛ وفهم أوجه التشابه وأوجه الاختلاف بين شعوب العالم، تعريف الأطفال بما يحدث حولهم من مستجدات واكتشافات جديدة تفيد المجتمع الدولي، تعريف الطفل بأهم الشئون الجارية على المستويين المحلى والعالمي. وأدوار جامعة الطفل المرتبطة بإكساب الطفل مبادئ المواطنة العالمية منها: تشجيع الأطفال على مناقشة المشكلات المجتمعية المحلية والعالمية داخل البيئة التربوية المعدة لذلك، وتقدم مناهج تحدد أبعاد المواطنة العالمية وتنمى فهم الطفل لقضايا المساواة وحقوق الإنسان، وتعزز مفاهيم المواطنة العالمية بنفوس الأطفال من خلال المواقف الاجتماعية بالتأكيد على السلوك القويم والمسئولية والتسامح والاهتمام المتبادل. وأدوار جامعة الطفل المرتبطة بتفعيل أنشطة الطفل الداعمة للمواطنة العالمية منها: تضمين الأنشطة التطوعية الثقافية لدى الطفل من خلال العمل التطوعي على المستوى المجتمعي والمحلى والعالمي. تفعيل الرحلات الكشفية والجوالة وتعزيز فرص احتكاك الأطفال مع الأخرين على مستوى المحافظة والجمهورية وعلى المستوى الوطني والعالمي مما يدعم فرص التواصل والتفاهم والتعرف على الأخرين ونبذ التعصب والعنصرية. كما يقوم على مجموعة من الآليات أهمها: اعتماد خريطة أنشطة تربوية تعليمية تلبي احتياجات الأطفال وتدعم التربية على المواطنة العالمية.

The study aimed to develop a proposed vision for the role of the University of Children in the development of global citizenship in the light of the requirements of the digital age. The role of the Children’s University in the development of global citizenship in the light of the requirements of the digital age, stems from a philosophy based on the nature of the child that can be formed, learn and adapt, but at the same time it is a complex and multifaceted nature, as it stems from the values of peace, dignity, and acceptance of the other, and the perception is based on a set of roles Children's University associated with introducing the child to global citizenship, including:introducing the child to the whole world; And understanding the similarities and differences between the peoples of the world, introducing children to the developments and new discoveries that are happening around them that benefit the international community, introducing the child to the most important current affairs at the local and global levels. Local and global within the educational environment prepared for this, and provide curricula that reflect the dimensions of global citizenship and develop the child's understanding of issues of equality and human rights, and promote the concepts of global citizenship in the hearts of children through social attitudes by emphasizing correct behavior, responsibility, tolerance and mutual interest. And the roles of the child university associated by activating child activities that support global citizenship, including: Including cultural volunteer activities for children through volunteer work at the community, local and global levels. Activating scouting and roving trips and enhancing opportunities for children to interact with others at the level of the governorate and the Republic and at the national and global levels, which supports opportunities for communication, understanding and getting to know others and rejecting intolerance and racism. It is also based on a set of mechanisms, the most important of which are: adopting a map of educational activities that meet the needs of children and supports education on global citizenship.
