المستخلص: حظي موضوع جرائم الاتجار بالأشخاص ومكافحتها بصورها المتعددة باهتمام كافة الدول، والمنظمات الدولية والإقليمية، بما تشمله من جرائم متعدية للحدود الوطنية تعاني منها مختلف دول العالم. وقد ذكر في بروتوكول منظمة الأمم المتحدة في 2000م أن الاتجار بالأشخاص هو تجنيد أشخاص أو نقلهم أو تنقيلهم أو إيواؤهم أو استقبالهم بواسطة التهديد بالقوة أو استعمالها، أو غير ذلك من أشكال القسر أو الاختطاف، أو الاحتيال أو الخداع، أو استغلال السلطة أو استغلال حالة استضعاف، أو بإعطاء أو تلقي مبالغ مالية أو مزايا لنيل موافقة شخص له سيطرة على شخص آخر لغرض الاستغلال. هدفت الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على الاتجار بالأشخاص، وجرائمه، ومظاهره، وتبصرة المجتمع بأهم المؤشرات العامة له، ومحاولة تحديد أهم أسباب جرائمه، كذلك تقصي دور الدولة في حماية المجتمع ومكافحة تلك المشكلة، وتوضيح دور المسؤولية الاجتماعية في مكافحتها. طبق الباحث المنهج المسحي الوصفي بتصميم استبيان للإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة. ومن النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: عدم وضوح مفهوم الاتجار بالأشخاص جيدا لدى بعض أفراد مجتمع الدراسة، وجهل بعض الوافدين والمواطنين بصورها، والنقص في التوعية المجتمعية تجاه دور المسؤولية الاجتماعية في مكافحة جرائم الاتجار بالأشخاص. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من التوصيات، ومنها: الدعوة إلى تعديل مسمى "اليوم العالمي لمكافحة الاتجار بالأشخاص" إلى "اليوم العالمي لمكافحة جرائم الاتجار بالأشخاص"؛ لإضفاء ما اعترفت به الدول والمجتمعات ومنظمة الأمم المتحدة ذاتها بتجريم الاتجار بالأشخاص، والرصد الدوري للصور المستحدثة للاتجار بالأشخاص وإضافتها في النظام السعودي، إضافة إلى تنبيه القطاع الخاص لتجنب الخلط بين المسؤولية الاجتماعية والعمل التطوعي، وتوجيه برامج المسؤولية الاجتماعية الهادفة إلى التنمية المستدامة، بما فيها مكافحة الاتجار بالأشخاص.

The subject of human trafficking crimes and combating them in their various forms has garnered the attention of all countries as well as international and regional organizations, including transnational crimes that different countries across the world are suffering from. Human trafficking was defined by the United Nations Protocol in 2000 as the recruitment, transportation, transfer, harboring, and reception of persons through the threat or use of force or abduction, deception, abuse of power or a position of vulnerability, or the giving or receiving of payments or benefits to obtain the consent of someone having power over another person for the purpose of exploitation. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is one of the destination countries for human trafficking due to stable livelihoods and the availability of solid job opportunities. The study, which was conducted in Riyadh, aims to shed light on human trafficking, its crimes, and manifestations, and to educate society about its general indicators. It also intended to identify the most significant causes of human trafficking offenses and investigate the role of the state in protecting society and combatting this issue. It emphasized the importance of social responsibility in combating it. The descriptive survey approach was used by the researcher, who created a questionnaire to answer the study questions. Several conclusions were drawn from the study. Some members of the study population are unfamiliar with the idea of human trafficking. Some expatriates and nationals are unaware of the many forms of human trafficking. The Kingdom's community awareness-raising on the role of social responsibility in combatting human trafficking offenses is inadequate. The study's primary recommendations are summarized as follows. The "International Day for Combating Human Trafficking" should be renamed "International Day for Combating Human Trafficking Crimes" to include the laws enacted by nations, society, and the United Nations to prohibit human trafficking. Human trafficking in new forms must be identified and incorporated into Saudi law. Volunteer work should not be confused with social responsibility in the private sector. Social responsibility programs should focus on sustainable development and combatting human trafficking.
