هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن فعالية برنامج لتنمية الذكاء الأخلاقي لدى عينة من طالبات جامعة الملك عبد العزيز بجده. وبلغ عدد العينة الكلي (24) طالبة تم تقسيمهن إلى مجموعتين الأولى هي: المجموعة التجريبية وعدد أفرادها (12) والمجموعة الثانية هي المجموعة الضابطة وعدد أفرادها (12) طالبة واستخدمت الباحثة مقياس الذكاء الأخلاقي من إعداد الباحثة 2012 (والبرنامج الإرشادي من إعداد الباحثة وهو مكون من 9 جلسات). وباستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (SPSS) توصلت الباحثة إلى أنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات أفراد المجموعتين (التجريبية - الضابطة) على مقياس الذكاء الأخلاقي في جانب المجموعة التجريبية بعد تطبيق البرنامج، كما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية على القياسين (القبلي – البعدي) على مقياس الذكاء الأخلاقي لصالح القياس البعدي كما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين (البعدي – التتبعي) على أربعة أبعاد لمقياس الذكاء الأخلاقي وهي (العدل، التسامح، الاحترام، الضمير)، في حين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية في كلا القياسين (البعدي – التتبعي) على بعدي (التعاطف، الرقابة الذاتية) من مقياس الذكاء الأخلاقي، وبذلك قد تحقق الفرض الثالث بصورة جزيئة ووفقاً لنتائج الدراسة تقترح الباحثة الاستفادة من البرنامج الإرشادي وتطبيقه على الطالبات إذ أن الذكاء الأخلاقي مطلب ضروري لجميع طالبات الجامعة.
This study aims at detect the program activity to develop the moral intelligence at some of King Abdul Aziz University in Jeddah. The no. of samples reached 24 female students divided into two groups; the first is the experimental group, the individual numbers are 12, and the second group is the controller group, their no. is 12 female students. The researcher used the scale of the moral intelligence, which was prepared by the researcher 2012 (and the guiding program prepared by the researcher. it consists of 9 sessions, and by using the statistical analysis program, the researcher has found that there are differences with statistical significance between the averages of the scores of the individuals of both groups (the experimental and the controller) on the moral intelligence standard in the side of the experimental group after applying the program, there are also differences with statistical significance between the scores of the individuals of the experimental group on both standards (priori and consequent) on the standard of the moral intelligence in favor of the After Standard, there are also differences with statistical significance between the averages of the scores of individuals of the experimental group in both standards (the consequent and tracing standard) for four dimensions of the moral intelligence, they are Justice, Tolerance, Respect and Conscience), while there are no differences with statistical significance between the average of the scores of the experimental group individuals in both standards (the consequent and tracing standard) on both the dimensions of (Sympathy and Self Control) of the moral intelligence standard, so the third assumption was reached partially, in accordance with the results. of the study the researcher propose to be benefited from the guiding program and its application on the female students, as the moral intelligence is a necessary requirement for all female students of the university.
