|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى إلقاء الضوء على واحدة من المشاكل التي لم يتم التوصل بعد إلى حلول عملية لمعالجتها في النظريات الحديثة لعلم الترجمة؛ ألا وهي عدم وجود نموذج موحد يمكن تطبيقه على أنواع النصوص المختلفة بغرض ترجمتها، والذي من شأنه أن يمكن المترجم من فهم محتوى النص، وإطاره، ووظيفته. فيما يلي محاولة لمناقشة ما طرحته Nord (٢٠٠٩) لتطوير مثل هذا النموذج. تنطلق هذه المعالجة من وضع نموذج عام يسمح بتحليل صعوبات الترجمة التي من الممكن مواجهتها خلال ترجمة شتى أنواع النصوص. تشير Nord في هذا النموذج على أهمية تحليل النص المصدر والذي يلعب بدوره عاملا كبيرا لمساعدة المترجم في اتخاذ قرارت بشأن الطرق التي يستعملها للوصول إلى غايته. يكمن التحدي الأساسي في الترجمة في التعامل مع النصوص المقدسة؛ وعندما وضعت مؤسسات إسلامية، مثل الأزهر الشريف، مبادئ توجيهية وضوابط لترجمة القرآن الكريم. كان لهذا بدوره تأثير كبير على إنتاج وتوزيع واستقبال ترجمات القرآن الكريم في العديد من الدول الغير ناطقة بالعربية بشكل أكبر مما سبق. في هذا الإطار سيتم عرض ومناقشة إحدى نظريات علم الترجمة، وكيفية تطبيقها مع النص القرآني بغرض ترجمته إلى اللغة الألمانية.
|b The aim of this paper is to discuss the lack of a unified model that can be applied to different types of texts for translating them. Here is an attempt to discuss what Nord (2009) put forward for developing such a model. This treatment stems from the development of a general model that allows for a detailed analysis of the translation difficulties. Whereas, the cultural and linguistic characteristics, as well as the objectives and efficiency of translation, can only be determined through practice. The difficulties of translation escalate when dealing with sacred texts. Because the Qur’anic text is a divine text, some opinions say that its content can’t be transferred to any other language. The debate over the permissibility of translating the Noble Qur’an continued to divide Muslim scholars until the beginning of the 20 century when Islamic institutions, such as Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, set guidelines and controls for translating the Noble Qur’an. This, in turn, had a significant impact on the production, distribution and reception of translations of the Holy Qur'an in many non-Arabic speaking countries more than ever. In this framework, one of the translation theories will be presented and discussed, and how to apply it to the Qur'anic text for translating it into German.
