المستخلص: يقوم البحث بدراسة عروضية لشعر شاعر مخضرم، عاصر الجاهلية والإسلام، وهو ربيعة بن مقروم الضبي، وقد بدأت الدراسة بتعريف الشاعر، وديوانه، ثم تناولت الأبحر الشعرية التي اشتمل عليها الديوان، عارضة لنماذج من كل بحر، وكاشفة عن أبرز التغيرات العروضية التي تنطوي عليها كل قصيدة، وما أصاب الأوزان من تغيرات، ثم تعرضت الدراسة أيضا إلى القافية من حيث أنواعها، وحركاتها، وحروفها وعيوبها، ثم عرجت على التصريع، كما نوهت عن بعض الجوازات، والضرائر الشعرية عند الشاعر، وكذلك بعض الأخطاء الكتابية، والمطبعية الناتجة عن نساخ الديوان، ثم انتهت بخاتمة تحتوي على أبرز النتائج التي توصلت إليها، ثم جاءت في الأخير بثبت بمصادر الدراسة، ومراجعها.

This research paper provides a prosodic study of the poetry of a poet who lived through paganism and Islam. The concerned poet is Rabieaa Ben Makroum Al-Dhabi. The study begins with providing adefining introduction about the poet, his life and his divan (collection of poems) then the study tackles the prosodic meters included in his poetic divan through providing and exemplifying patterns for each rhythm and prosodic meter. Moreover, this study demonstrates the prosodic changes that occurred in every poem as well as illustrating changes that occurred in prosodic meters and rhythms. After that, the concerned study tackles rhyme through determining its types, its stresses, its letters, and its defects. After that, the study tackles some poetic defects of the concerned poet. This is in addition to addressing some of writing mistakes, and the priniting mistakes that occurred because of the inaccuracy of the concerned divan copiers. Finally, this research paper ends with a conclusion and the most significant findings of the research then a list of the study references.
