|a يعتبر الماء من أهم الموارد الاستراتيجية التي تسعى أي دولة للحفاظ عليها واستدامتها لما يلعبه من دور محوري في أي برنامج تنموي وفي مختلف المجالات السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية. فهذه الورقة البحثية ستتناول مفهوم المائية وأهم سياساتها وكذا أهم التحديات التي تواجهها في الوطن العربي، كما سنحاول تبيان أهم الاستراتيجيات المتبعة في العالم العربي لترشيد وتنمية هذا المورد الحيوي. كما توصلت دراستنا إلى توضيح أن السياسات المائية هي جزء أساسي من السياسة البيئية العامة لأي دولة عربية.
|b Water is one of the most important strategic resources wich any country seeks to maintain and sustain for the pivotal role in any development programme and in various political, economic, social and environmental fields. This research paper will focus on the concept of water resources and its most important policies and the most important challenges they face, We will also try to explain the most important strategies used in the Arab world to rationalize and develop this vital resource. Our study found that water policies are part of general environmental policy of any Arab country.
