المستخلص: إن أفضل العلوم ما كان تبيانا لمعاني وأسرار القرآن الكريم والسنة المطهرة، لأنه يؤسس لقاعدة علمية على العباد أن تتبعه وتسير على نهجه، وفق القواعد والأصول التي أسسها، ويطلبوا الهداية والصلاح لتحقيق المصالح، ودفع المفاسد، كي يحصلوا على رضا الله سبحانه، ويحققوا السعادة في الدنيا والآخرة. إن أهمية القرآن الكريم وأثره الكبير في نفوس المسلمين وغيرهم يرغبان طلبة العلم في السعي إلى دراسته والتبحر بمعانيه حيث إنه في كل يوم يكتشف سراً جديداً، فلا زال غضاً طرياً، وكأنه نزل اليوم علينا، ولازالت غرائبه وعجائبه لم تنقض، ويعد القرآن المعجزة العقلية الخالدة لخاتم الأنبياء عليه الصلاة والسلام والتي نزلت على قوم خصهم الله بالبلاغة والفصاحة مالم يخص به غيرهم، وقد وهبهم الله فصاحة اللسان وجمال المنطق وسلامة التعبير، لكنهم عندما سمعوا القرآن الكريم سلبت عقولهم وذهلوا لما رأوا فيه من عظمة البيان وروعة الفصاحة، ووقفوا أمامه عاجزين عن أن يأتوا بسورة مثله أو آية واعترفوا إن هذا القرآن ليس من كلام البشر. ومن هذه الدراسات التي اختصت بكتاب الله المجيد (علم المقاصد) الذي كان حتى فترة متأخرة مختص بالدراسات الشرعية الفقهية فقط، ثم بدأت الدراسات تتخذ منحى جديداً في دراسة مقاصد آيات الأحكام، ومن بعد ذلك اتسعت لتشمل كل العلوم الشرعية، وموضوع هذا البحث (المقاصد الخمسة في القرآن الكريم)، وحسب اطلاعي القاصر لم أجد من كتب في هذا العنوان، وقد بينت في التمهيد سبب اختياره.

The best sciences were to clarify the meanings and secrets of the Noble Qur’an and the purified Sunnah, because it establishes a scientific base that the servants must follow and take the way to that approach, according to the rules and principles that were established, and they seek guidance and righteousness to achieve interests and repel corruption, in order to obtain the satisfaction of God Almighty, and achieve happiness. in life and afterlife. The importance of the Noble Qur’an and its great impact on the hearts of Muslims and others urge students of knowledge to strive to study it and explore its meanings, as every day a new secret is discovered, and it is still fresh, as if it had descended on us today, and its strangeness and wonders are still not over, and the Qur’an is the eternal mental miracle For the Last of the Prophets (peace be upon them), which was revealed to a people whom God singled out for eloquence that was not specific to others, and God gave them eloquence of the tongue, beauty of logic and soundness of expression, but when they heard the Holy Qur’an, their minds were robbed and they were astonished by what they saw in it of the greatness of eloquence and the splendor of eloquence. They stood motionless to come up with a surah like it or a verse and confessed that this Qur’an is not from human speech. Among these studies, which were specialized in the Glorious Book of God (Ilm al-Maqasid), which until a late period was specialized in forensic legal studies only. The the studies began to take a new direction in studying the purposes of the verses of rulings, and after that it expanded to include all legal sciences, and according to my limited knowledge, I did not find anyone who wrote on this title, and I explained in the preface the reason for choosing it.
