المستخلص: يستهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على:- 1-الإيثار لدى طلبة المتوسطة المتفوقين 2-الإدراك الذاتي لدى طلبة المتوسطة المتفوقين 3-العلاقة الارتباطية بين الإيثار والإدراك الذاتي لدى طلبة المرحلة المتوسطة المتفوقين وقد تحدد البحث الحالي بطلبة المرحلة الثانية من طلبة المرحلة المتوسطة المتفوقين في مديريات تربية محافظة بغداد الدراسة الصباحية للعام الدراسي ۲۰۲۲- ۲۰۲۳. الإطار النظري: استعرض البحث الحالي النظريات ذات العلاقة في متغيرات البحث. ولغرض تحقيق أهداف البحث الحالي قام الباحث بالإجراءات الأتية:- ۱- بناء اختبار الإيثار معتمدا على نظريات ذات العلاقة بمتغير البحث. 2- بناء مقياس الإدراك الذاتي متبنيا نظرية داينر. وقد تم استعمال الخصائص السايكومترية مع الأداتين حيث تم استخراج الصدق الظاهري لهما، واستخراج القوة التمييزية للفقرات وعلاقة الدرجة الفقرة بدرجة الكلية للأداة ولكلا الأداتين وكل على انفراد بعد تطبيقهما على عينة التحليل الإحصائي البالغة (٢٥٠) طالب وطالبة المتفوقين من المرحلة المتوسطة واستخراج الثبات لهما وكل على انفراد بطرق هي: ألفاكرونباخ وإعادة الاختبار وتم تطبيق الأداتين خلال الفترة من ٥- ٢٤/ ۱۲/ ۲۰۲۲ وقد تم التوصل إلى النتائج الأتية:- 1-أظهرت نتائج عينة البحث من الطلبة المتفوقين في المرحلة المتوسطة يتسمون بالإيثار. 2- بينت نتائج عينة البحث من الطلبة المتفوقين في المرحلة المتوسطة يتمتعون بالإدراك الذاتي. 3- أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية دالة بين الإيثار والإدراك الذاتي لدى طلبة المتفوقين في المرحلة المتوسطة. وقد قدم الباحث بعض التوصيات والمقترحات.

The current research aims to identify: 1- Altruism among high school students. 2- The self-perception of the outstanding intermediate students. 3- The correlation between altruism and self-realization among the outstanding middle school students. The current research was determined by the second-stage middle school students who excelled in the education directorates of Baghdad Governorate, the morning study for the academic year 2022-2023. Theoretical framework: The current research reviewed the relevant theories in the research variables. n order to achieve the objectives of the current research, the researcher carried out the following procedures. 1-Building a test of altruism based on theories related to the research variable. 2-Constructing a measure of self-awareness, adopting Diener's theory. The psychometric characteristics were used with the two tools, where the apparent validity of them was extracted, and the discriminatory power of the paragraphs and the relationship of the paragraph degree with the total degree of the tool and for both tools, each separately, after applying them to a sample of statistical analysis amounting to (250) outstanding students from the intermediate stage, and extracting stability for them and each on Individually, in the following ways: the Vacronbach and the re-test, and the two tools were applied during the period from 5-24/12/2022. The following results have been reached:- 1- The results of the research sample of outstanding students in the intermediate stage showed altruism. 2- The results of the research showed that the outstanding students in the intermediate stage enjoyed self-awareness. 3- The results showed that there is a significant positive correlation between altruism and self-realization among the outstanding students in the intermediate stage. The researcher presented some recommendations and suggestions.
