المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف بدور القيادة الريادية في تحقيق الأداء المتميز في المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الزرقاء. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتم تطوير استبانة تألفت من (30) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة أبعاد. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (150) معلم ومعلمة في المدارس الحكومية الزرقاء، ولمعالجة البيانات إحصائيا تم استخدام المتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية، كما تم استخدام اختبار (t-test) لمعرفة الفروق تبعا لمتغير الجنس والمؤهل العلمي، وتحليل التباين الأحادي (ONE WAY ANOVA) لمعرفة الفروق تبعا لمتغير سنوات الخبرة. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن تقديرات المعلمين لأبعاد مقياس دور القيادة الريادية في تحقيق الأداء المتميز في المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الزرقاء جاءت متوسطة، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة (α = 0.05) بين متوسطات تقديرات المعلمين في المدارس بالدرجة الكلية لمقياس دور القيادة الريادية في تحقيق الأداء المتميز في المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الزرقاء، تبعا لمتغير الجنس والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة. وقد أوصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تطبيق استراتيجيات تربوية تنمي الأداء العملي والتطبيقي لدى المعلمين والمعلمات في المدارس الحكومية بمحافظة الزرقاء. بالإضافة إلى ضرورة استحداث برامج تدريبية متطورة لتنمية الريادية لدى القيادات الأكاديمية في المدارس الحكومية بمحافظة الزرقاء مع مراعاة التطورات والتكنولوجية والمستجدات الحديثة.

The study aimed to identify the role of pioneering leadership in achieving outstanding performance in public schools in Zarqa Governorate. To achieve this goal, the study used the descriptive survey method. A questionnaire was developed consisting of (30) items divided into three areas, to know the role of pioneering leadership in achieving outstanding performance in public schools in Zarqa Governorate, The sample of the study was (150) male and female teachers in the blue public schools, and to treat the data statistically, arithmetic means, standard deviations, were used. The (t-test) test was also used to find out the differences according to the variable of gender and educational qualification, and one way analysis of variance (ONE WAY ANOVA) was used to find out the differences according to the variable years of experience. The results showed that the arithmetic averages and standard deviations of teachers’ ratings for the domains of the measure of the role of pioneering leadership in achieving outstanding performance in public schools in Zarqa governorate were medium, Where it ranged between (2.66- 0.16), It came after pioneering leadership and distinguished teachers in the first rank, followed by the second rank after pioneering leadership and self-responsibility, After pioneering leadership and practical application, it ranked third, The results of the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) between the average estimates of faculty members in schools in the total degree of the measure of the role of entrepreneurial leadership in achieving outstanding performance in public schools in Zarqa Governorate, Depending on gender, educational qualification, and years of experience. The study recommended holding intensive training courses and advanced administrative training programs to develop entrepreneurial leadership skills, and implement them effectively, Supporting new ideas, whether from the pioneering leadership or the distinguished teacher, with providing financially and morally rewarding incentives to the owners of the pioneering ideas, Conducting a lot of research and studies on the topic of entrepreneurial leadership and its importance, to show the most prominent results, recommendations and proposals, and to implement it.
