هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على القيادة الريادية ودورها في الجامعات الخاصة والحكومية والتعرف على أهم الأبعاد اللازمة لتحقيق الأداء الجامعي المتميز والخروج بمجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات تساهم في الوصول إلى الأهداف، وتبلورت مشكلة الدراسة في عدة تساؤلات أهمها: ما مدي تأثير القيادة الريادية على الأداء الجامعي المتميز؟ منهج الدراسة: تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لاختبار الفروض وكان حجم المجتمع محل الدراسة (17717) وكانت العينة العشوائية الطبقية (376) مفردة ولإجراء التحليل الإحصائي للقوائم استخدمت الباحثة برنامج SPSS. أهم نتائج الدراسة أن هناك بعض العناصر والأبعاد الأساسية لتحقيق الأداء المتميز في الجامعات الخاصة والحكومية بجمهورية مصر العربية حيث تعتبر تلك العناصر هي المقومات التي يجب توفرها لدى تلك الجامعات وكذلك يوجد أثر إيجابي للقيادة الريادية على الأداء المتميز. أهم توصيات الدراسة ضرورة الاهتمام بتوفير العناصر والأبعاد الأساسية لتحقيق الأداء المتميز في الجامعات الخاصة والحكومية بجمهورية مصر العربية حيث تعتبر تلك العناصر هي المقومات التي يجب توفرها لدى تلك الجامعات، ضرورة الاستفادة من الأثر الإيجابي للقيادة الريادية على الأداء المتميز في تلك الجامعات.
The study aimed to identify pioneering leadership and its role in private and government universities and to identify the most important dimensions necessary to achieve distinguished university performance and to come up with a set of results and recommendations that contribute to reaching the goals, and the study problem crystallized in several questions, the most important of which are: What is the impact of pioneering leadership on distinguished university performance? The study method the descriptive and analytical method was used to test the hypotheses and the size of the population under study was (17717) and the stratified random sample was (376) single. To perform the statistical analysis of the lists, the researcher used the SPSS program. The most important results of the study are that there are some basic elements and dimensions to achieve outstanding performance in private and government universities in the Arab Republic of Egypt, as these elements are considered to be the ingredients that must be available in these universities, as well as there is a positive impact of pioneering leadership on distinguished performance. The most important recommendations of the study are the necessity to pay attention to providing the basic elements and dimensions to achieve outstanding performance in private and government universities in the Arab Republic of Egypt, as these elements are considered to be the ingredients that must be available in those universities, the need to benefit from the positive impact of pioneering leadership on the distinguished performance in these universities.
