|b The implementation of the AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) program, inspired by the SAFE standards, is the establishment of a partnership relationship with companies based on trust, As such he is considered trustworthy, the operator is approved by customs administration to be allowed to benefit from numerous customs facilitations. In this context, we will examine the effectiveness of this device, its contribution to the AEO through a survey of them, and in the light of which, it is necessary to submit patches and then draw its prospects.
|d La mise en oeuvre du dispositif de l'OEA (opérateur économique agréé), inspiré du cadre des normes SAFE, vise l'instauration avec les entreprises d'une relation partenariale basée sur la confiance, à ce titre l'opérateur économique considéré comme étant digne de confiance est agréé par l'administration des douanes pour être autorisé à bénéficier de nombreuses facilitations douanières. Dans ce contexte, nous nous interrogerons sur l'efficacité de ce dispositif, son apport aux OEA par le biais d'une enquête réalisée auprès d'eux, et à la lumière de laquelle il y’a lieu de proposer des correctifs et ensuite dresser ses perspectives.
