المستخلص: استهدف البحث اختبار، وتحليل علاقتي الارتباط، والأثر بين استراتيجيات الأمن الفكري المستدام المتمثلة (تنمية الحوار والتواصل، تنمية قيم الانتماء والوطنية، تنمية التفكير المنطقي، تنمية الوسطية والاعتدال)، والهجرة غير الشرعية، وقلق البطالة، إذ تم تنفيذ الجانب التطبيقي في الجامعات العربية في كلا من فلسطين وليبيا واليمن، استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم استطلاع آراء عينة عشوائية من طلاب الجامعات محل الدراسة من خلال استبانة صممت خصيصا لهذا الغرض، وقد تم استرداد عدد (400) استبانة، وتوزعت نسبة استجابة أفراد العينة على الجامعات الفلسطينية، والليبية، واليمنية على التوالي: (40.5%، 30%، 29.5%). ومن أبرز نتائج البحث: أنه توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استراتيجيات الأمن الفكري المستدام بأبعادها وكلا من الحد من قلق البطالة، وأسباب ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية، وكذلك توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين قلق البطالة والحد من ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية لدى طلبة الجامعات العربية في الدول محل الدراسة، ويوجد أثر ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α ≤ 0.05) استراتيجيات الأمن الفكري المستدام بأبعادها والحد من ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية في ضوء قلق البطالة في الجامعات العربية في الدول محل الدراسة، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول متغيرات البحث تعزى للمتغيرات الديموغرافية: النوع التخصص، الكلية الجامعة)، وأهم التوصيات كانت ضرورة تهيئة مناخ وبيئته ملائم في الجامعة للاهتمام بالمناسبات الدينية والوطنية لتأصيل الفكر السليم، والعمل على تفعيل وتعزيز الجانب الإعلامي من خلال الأنشطة والفعاليات والورش، والندوات المختلفة لتعزيز العلاقات الاجتماعية في حال عدم حصول الخريج على عمل، وتعزيز عملية التعرف على الآراء التي تمكننا من تشخيص، وحل المشكلات الشخصية التي يواجهها الشباب، والتي يمكن أن تكون سببا للهجرة، وتوفير الأسباب المقنعة التي تجعلهم يتمسكون في أوطانهم.

The aim of this research is to test and analyze the correlation relationships, the impact between sustainable intellectual security strategies (development of dialogue and communication, development of values of belonging and patriotism, development of logical thinking, development of moderation and moderation), Illegal immigration, Unemployment doubts, The applied aspect of this research is implemented in some Arab universities in Palestine, Libya and Yemen. The research used the descriptive analytical method, where a random sample of university students under study was surveyed through a questionnaire specially designed for this purpose. The total number of the returned Questionnaires is (400). Response rate of respondents was distributed among Palestinian, Libyan and Yemeni universities respectively (40.5%, 30% and 29.5%). Among the most prominent results of the research: That there is a statistically significant relationship between the strategies of sustainable intellectual security management dimensions and both unemployment concern and the phenomenon of illegal immigration, as well as there is a statistically significant relationship between unemployment concern and the reduction of the phenomenon of illegal immigration. There are statistically significant impact at the level of (α≤0.05) strategies for managing sustainable intellectual security in its dimensions and reducing the phenomenon of illegal immigration In the presence of unemployment anxiety in the Arab universities in the countries studied, there are no statistically significant differences between the average. Responses of sample individuals Study on research variables due to demographic variables: (type, specialization, college, university). The most important recommendations were the necessity to create an appropriate climate and environment in the university to pay attention to religious and national events to root out sound thought, and work to activate and enhance the media aspect through activities and events., Workshops, and various seminars to enhance social relations in the event that the graduate does not get a job, and to enhance the process of identifying opinions that enable us to diagnose and solve personal problems faced by young people, Which can be a cause for migration, and provide convincing reasons for sticking to their homelands.
