المستخلص: The financial and economic aspects of society are considered one of the most important pillars in the daily activities of society, and they served as the basis for many historical events throughout the ages. The Banu Taghlib were given exceptional treatment by Caliph Umar ibn al-Khattab because they refused to pay the jizya, which they viewed as a form of humiliation and refused to convert to Islam. Ibn Adam gave this treatment great attention and mentioned justifications for these measures taken by the Caliph of the Muslims.

We shed light in this research on the role of the Chaldean leader Nabopolassar in ending the Assyrian control over the country of Babylon. This leader was not satisfied with that, but he also installed himself as king of the country of Babylon to then pursue the Assyrians who retreated to Assyria and attacked there on some Assyrian cities and when the Medes advanced towards Assyria, King Nabopolassar allied with them in order to eliminate the Assyrian state, and this alliance succeeded in occupying the Assyrian capital, Nineveh, to go after the last king of Assyria, who installed himself away from the capital, Nineveh, and eliminated him.
