يهدف البحث إلى الكشف عن أثر استخدام استراتيجية فرق التعلم في تحصيل مادة منهج وكتاب لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانية - قسم العلوم التربوية والنفسية في كلية التربية للعلوم الإنسانية. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قامت الباحثة بصياغة فرضية البحث خاصة بالتحصيل. تألف مجتمع البحث من جميع طلبة المرحلة الثانية - قسم العلوم التربوية والنفسية في كلية التربية للعلوم الإنسانية جامعة البصرة للعام الدراسي (۲۰۱۷ - ۲۰۱۸)، والبالغ عددهم ( ٤٨) طالبا وطالبة موزعين على شعبة واحدة وقد قسمت الباحثة الشعبة إلى مجموعتين هي ( أ ، ب ) والبالغ عدد ( أ ) ( ٢٤ ) طالبا وطالبة وعدد ( ب) ( ٢٤) طالبا وطالبة، واختيرت المجموعة ( أ ) بالتعيين العشوائي لتمثل المجموعة التجريبية التي درست وفق استراتيجية فرق التعلم، والمجموعة ( ب ) لتمثل المجموعة الضابطة. بدأت تجربة البحث مع بداية الفصل الأول من السنة الدراسية حيث درست الباحثة بنفسها مجموعتي البحث طيلة فترة التجربة والتي انتهت بتطبيق الاختبار التحصيلي على مجموعتي البحث، كما أشرفت الباحثة بنفسها على تطبيق الاختبار، استمرت التجربة ( ۱۲ ) أسبوع حيث اعتمدت الباحثة الخطط التدريسية اللازمة وبواقع حصتين في الأسبوع أظهرت نتائج البحث توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط المجموعة التجريبية وبين متوسط المجموعة الضابطة على اختبار التحصيل عند مستوى α = 0.05 لصالح المجموعة التجريبية.
The research aims to reveal the impact of using the team strategy in learning in the collection of curriculum and book material among second class students– Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences at the University of Basrah. To achieve this goal, the researcher formulated the research hypothesis. The research community consisted of all students of the second stage - Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences at the College of Education for Human Sciences - University of Basrah for the academic year (2017-2018), numbering (48) male and female students distributed over one division. The researcher made two groups: (A, B) and the number (A) (24) students and the number (B) (24) male and female students, The group (A) is selected randomly appointed to represent the experimental group that studied according to the strategy of learning teams, and group (B) to represent the control group. The research experiment began with the beginning of the first semester of the academic year, where the researcher herself studied the two research groups throughout the experiment period, which ended with the application of the achievement test on the two research groups. The researcher herself supervised the application of the test; the experiment lasted (12) weeks. The researcher adopted the necessary teaching plans and by two sessions per week. The results of the research showed that there are statistically significant differences between the average of the experimental group and between the average of the control group on the achievement test at the level of α = 0.05 in favor of the experimental group.
