|a تعد قرصنة البرمجيات ظاهرة عالمية، وهي تتزايد نتيجة تعقيد مستوى الأساليب والتقنيات المستخدمة فيها، ومن هذا المنطلق جاءت التشريعات الدولية والوطنية لحماية هذا الحق، حيث تتواصل وتيرة النشاط والإبداع والتطوير، وتحافظ على حق صاحبها المعنوي والمادي، وتجعله يشعر بالأمان الذي يدفعه دائمًا نحو المزيد. يدور هذا البحث حول دراسة قرصنة البرمجيات من خلال دراسة تشمل قسمين، وكل قسم يشتمل على مطلبين، وقد خلص البحث إلى عدة نتائج وتوصيات.
|b Software piracy is a global phenomenon, and it has been increasing as a result of the complexity of the level of methods and techniques used in it. From this standpoint, international and national legislation came to protect this right, in which the pace of activity, creativity and development continues, and it preserves its owner's moral and material right and makes him feel safe that always pushes him towards more. This research is about studying software piracy through a study that includes two sections, each section includes two requirements, and the research has concluded several results and recommendations.
