|a هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مدى تحقق معايير الاعتماد البرامجي لبرنامج تعزيز المهارات الأساسية في مادة لغتي للصف الثالث الابتدائي، وتقديم المقترحات لتحسين مستوى تحقق معايير الاعتماد البرامجي في برنامج تعزيز المهارات الأساسية من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي بتطبيق استبانة على عينة الدراسة المكونة من 335 فردا، موزعة كالآتي: 237 معلمة لغتي بنسبة 70.7%، و86 مديرة مدرسة بنسبة 25.7%، و12 مشرفة صفوف أولية وبنسبة 3.6 %. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مدى تحقق معايير الاعتماد البرامجي الكلي ببرنامج تعزيز المهارات الأساسية في مادة لغتي للصف الثالث ابتدائي كان بمستوى "متحقق"، وبمتوسط بلغ (2.66). وبينت النتائج أن أكثر المعايير تحققا معيار التعليم والتعلم، يليه معيار إدارة البرنامج وضمان جودته، وأخيرا معيار تطبيقات التعليم الإلكتروني والمرافق والتجهيزات. وكان من أهم مقترحات أفراد عينة الدراسة وضع خطة تنفيذية مزمنة معلنة وواضحة من بداية العام الدراسي، يحدد فيها أهداف البرنامج، ومواعيد الاختبارات التشخيصية لمتابعتها، ويراعى في إعداد الخطة أوقات الحصص الدراسية، ومواعيد اختبارات الفترات والاختبارات النهائية. وأوصت الباحثة بتوفير دليل إجرائي لتطبيق معايير الاعتماد البرامجي بجميع مجالاته، وتزويد الأطراف المعنية بما يخصها من هذه المعايير؛ وذلك من أجل تعزيز التميز في تعليم وتعلم مهارات اللغة العربية لطلبة الصفوف الأولية.
|b The study aimed to reveal the extent to which programmatic accreditation standards are achieved for the enhancement of basic skills program in the Arabic Language subject for the third grade of primary school, and to present proposals to improve the level of achievement of programmatic accreditation standards for the enhancement of basic skills program in the Arabic Language subject from the point of view of the sample. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive survey method was used by applying a questionnaire to the study sample consisting of 335 individuals, distributed as follows: 237 language teachers with a percentage of 70.7%, 86 school principals with a percentage of 25.7%, and 12 primary class supervisors with a percentage of 3.6%. The results of the study showed that the extent to which the criteria for total program accreditation were achieved in the enhancement of basic skills in Arabic language subject program for the third grade of primary school was at the level of “achieved”, with an average of (2.66). The results showed that the most frequently achieved standards are the standard of teaching and learning, followed by the standard of program management and quality assurance, and finally the standard of e-learning applications, facilities and equipment. One of the most important proposals of the study sample was to develop an announced and clear, chronic implementation plan from the beginning of the academic year, in which the objectives of the program are defined, and the dates of the diagnostic tests to be followed up. The preparation of the plan should take into account the times of classes, and the dates of period exams and final exams. The researcher recommended providing a procedural guide for applying program accreditation standards in all its fields, and providing the concerned parties with their respective standards. This is in order to enhance excellence in teaching and learning Arabic language skills for primary school students.
