المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث لدراسة المحددات الذاتية والمحبطية للعزم المقاولاتي لدى الطلبة الجامعيين. ولتحقيق هذا المسار تعرض البحث بمراجعة الخلفية النظرية لمفهوم العزم المقاولاتي مشيرا إلى أهم البحوث والدراسات. وانطلاقا من طرح مجموعة من الفرضيات تشمل علاقة العزم المقاولاتي بالعوامل الذاتية والعوامل المحيطية تم القيام بقياس ذلك مستخدمين استبيانا متكاملا يستهدف التعرف على اتجاهات طلبة الجامعة من مؤسسات مختلفة نحو العوامل التي تدفعهم نحو الرغبة في تكوين العزم المقاولاتي وبالتالي إنشاء مؤسساتهم. تبين من تحليل النتائج أن هناك علاقة ارتباطية بين الخبرة السابقة والعزم المقاولاتي وتراوح هذا الأخير باختلاف تخصصات الطلبة ومهن آباءهم، حيث تبين أن ميل طلبة العلوم الاقتصادية أكبر من التخصصين الأخرين أي العلوم الإنسانية والتقنيات. وتبين أيضا أن العزم المقاولاتي يعزى للطلبة الذين ينتمون لآباء موظفين. من ناحية أخرى أوضحت النتائج مساهمة العوامل المحيطية والعوامل الذاتية في تحديد العزم المقاولاتي.

This research aimed to study the entrepreneurial intention, which expresses the will to move towards the activity act. What made the course of this research interested is covering the theoretical background of this entrepreneurial intention concept and most related important research and studies. The research presented a set of hypotheses that include the relationship of entrepreneurial intention with individual factors and peripheral factors. In order to measure the proposed hypothesises, an integrated questionnaire was used to identify the university students attitudes from different institutions towards the factors that allow them towards the desire to adopt entrepreneurial intention and thus to establish their institutions. The analysis of the results showed that there is a relationship between previous experience and entrepreneurial intention, meanwhile, this latter varied according to the specializations of students and the professions of their parents. The tendency of students of economic sciences was greater than the other two disciplines, social and human sciences, and technologies. It was also found that the entrepreneurial intention was attributed to students whom their parents employee. On the other hand, the main result showed the contribution of both peripheral factors and individual factors in determining the entrepreneurial intention.
