|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى تأثير الأنماط الشخصية للأفراد على تقدم الدول. تم استخدام التحليل التمييزي لعينة مكونة من 151 دولة، منها 50 دولة متقدمة و 101 دولة نامية. أظهرت النتائج أن نمط الطاقة من أصل خمس أنماط شخصية أخرى والتي تحتوي على سمتين متضادتين هما الحدس والملاحظة، لها أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية على تقدم الدول. يمكن توظيف النتائج المتحصل عليها من قبل صناع القرار والمسؤولين عند صياغة البرامج التنموية والعمل على تشجيع سمة الحدس لدى الأفراد من خلال تشجيع الأفكار الجديدة والابتكار والإبداع بين الأفراد وتعزيز الاختلاف والتنوع في الأفكار في شتى المجالات.
|b This study aims to determine the impact of individual personality types on the progress or backwardness of countries. The discriminant analysis method was used for a sample of 151 countries, of which 50 are developed countries and 101 are undeveloped countries. The results showed that the energy type out of five types, which contains two opposite characteristics, intuition, and observation, has a statistically significant effect on the progress of countries. The results obtained can be employed by decision-makers and responsible when formulating development programs and working to encourage intuition among individuals by encouraging new ideas, innovation, and creativity among individuals, and promoting difference and diversity in ideas in various fields.
