|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة الصعوبات التمويلية التي تواجه المنشئات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، وإيجاد البدائل اللازمة من خلال مؤسسة القطاع الثالث الخيري الإسلامي، واخترت فيها وقف النقود في النظام الإسلامي نموذجا، واتبعت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتوصيف الجوانب الفقهية والاقتصادية المتعلقة بالتمويل الوقفي للمشروعات الصغرى، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أنه يمكن لمؤسسات القطاع الخيري الإسلامي سد العجز التمويلي للمؤسسات الصغرى والمتوسطة في حال استفدنا من التراث الفقهي الإسلامي، وتم تطويره وفق متطلبات العصر التنظيمية. إلا أن العقبات التشريعية في تمثل العقبة الرئيسية أمام تكون مثل هذه المؤسسات، ومدى تقبل المجتمع لمثل هذه المؤسسات الجديدة، لاسيما مع ضعف التسويق الديني لمؤسسة الأوقاف في مختلف الدول الإسلامية.
|b This study aims to study the financing difficulties facing small and medium enterprises, and to find the necessary alternatives through the Islamic Third Sector Charitable Foundation, in which I chose the endowment of money in the Islamic system as a model, and followed the descriptive analytical approach to describe the jurisprudential and economic aspects related to endowment financing for microprojects, and the study concluded that the institutions of the Islamic charitable sector can fill the financing deficit for small and medium enterprises if we benefit from the Islamic jurisprudential heritage, and it was developed according to the regulatory requirements of the era. However, legislative obstacles represent the main obstacle to the formation of such institutions, and the extent to which society accepts such new institutions, especially with the weak religious marketing of the Awqaf institution in various Islamic countries
