المستخلص: The purpose of this article is a comparative analysis of a linguistic behavior and a cultural marker in order to mark the similarities and differences in the linguistic uses of both cultural models. Through this study, we try to analyze from a pragmatic perspective the levels of mitigating factors and strategies used in each area through an act of petition. The frame of reference in which this topic is framed follows the theories of intercultural pragmatics, since the main objective of this work is to analyze a speech act that Searle defines as a minimum unit of communication in specific situations. This research aims to determine the functioning of language in the intercultural framework.

El propósito del presente artículo constituye un análisis comparativo de un comportamiento lingüístico y un marcador cultural con el fin de marcar las similitudes y las diferencias en cuanto a los usos lingüísticos de ambos modelos culturales. A través de este estudio, intentamos analizar desde una perspectiva pragmática los niveles de atenuantes y estrategias usadas en cada zona a través de un acto de petición. El marco de referencia en el cual se enmarca este tema se atiene a las teorías de la pragmática intercultural, puesto que el objetivo principal de este trabajo es analizar un acto de habla que Searle define como una unidad mínima de la comunicación en unas situaciones concretas. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo, determinar el funcionamiento del lenguaje en el marco intercultural.
