المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى إلقاء الضوء على قضية من القضايا التي باتت حديث العالم ومنتهى تطلعاته؛ ألا وهي قضية الوقاية من الأمراض والأوبئة المعدية، خاصة مع تفشي وباء كورونا الذي أصبح يهدد العالم، وبيان منهج السنة النبوية في التحذير من الأمراض المعدية، ووضع الضوابط والأسس التي تضمن الوقاية منها، وذلك من خلال المبادئ التي أرستها، ونادت بها، والتطبيقات العملية التي ذكرتها، كما أنه يعالج إشكالية ظهور فيروس كورونا وانتشاره في أرجاء الأرض، وما صاحبه من أحوال وتغيرات، وتأثير على الحياة العامة، مما استدعى موقفا علميا من أهل الاختصاص، وبحثا علميا يوضح منهج السنة المطهرة في الوقاية من الأمراض المعدية ومنها هذا الفيروس. وتبرز أهمية هذا البحث: في الحاجة إلى تحرير مصطلح الأمراض المعدية، وبيان ضرورة وحتمية الوقاية منها، وبيان المنهج الشامل للسنة النبوية المطهرة في تحقيق ذلك. وقد اعتمد في البحث المنهج الاستقرائي في جمع مفردات الموضوع بالرجوع إلى السنة المطهرة، وأشهر كتب الأئمة والعلماء الذين عنوا بقضايا صحة الإنسان في ضوء السنة النبوية المطهرة، كما اعتمد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في تحليل النصوص وبيان العلاقات الجامعة بينها واستخلاص الضوابط والقواعد التي استخلصها العلماء من السنة النبوية لضبط هذه القضية، وإبراز معالمها، ثم ذكر بعض التطبيقات من سنة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم مما يعتبر تطبيقا عمليا لها. ومن نتائج البحث المتوقعة: أن السنة المطهرة هي مفتاح العطاء ونبراس الهدى، بها تفسير وهداية لكل مجريات الأمور، وأن قضية الوقاية من الأمراض المعدية حظيت بجانب كبير من اهتمامها، وأنه يجب على الأمة الإسلامية أفرادا وجماعات الإلمام بالتناول النبوي لقضايا صحة الإنسان، وعلى رأسها قضية الوقاية من الأمراض والأوبئة المعدية.

This research aims to illuminate one of the paramount global concerns: the prevention of infectious diseases and epidemics. This issue has garnered significant attention, particularly in light of the Coronavirus pandemic, which poses a substantial threat to global health. The research seeks to elucidate the approach of the Prophet's Sunnah in addressing infectious diseases, delineating the principles and guidelines for their prevention that have been advocated and promoted by the Prophetic Sunnah, along with practical applications. Furthermore, the research addresses the emergence and spread of the Coronavirus throughout the world, detailing the accompanying circumstances and changes and its profound impact on public life. This necessitates a scientific stance from experts and scholarly inquiry to elucidate the approach of the Purified Sunnah in preventing infectious diseases, including this virus. The significance of this research lies in the necessity to redefine infectious diseases, underscore the imperative and inevitability of their prevention, and explicate the comprehensive approach of the Purified Prophetic Sunnah in achieving this objective. The research methodology adopts an inductive approach in compiling relevant terminology from the Sunnah, consulting renowned books authored by imams and scholars who addressed health matters in accordance with the Purified Sunnah of the Prophet PBUH. Additionally, a descriptive-analytical approach is employed to analyze texts, elucidate interconnections, and extract guidelines and regulations derived from the Prophet's Sunnah to regulate and highlight features of this issue. Practical applications of these guidelines from the Prophet PBHU's Sunnah are also referenced. One anticipated outcome of the research is the realization that the Purified Sunnah serves as a pivotal source of enlightenment and guidance, offering explanations and directives for all aspects of life. The Prophetic Sunnah has emphasized preventing infectious diseases and urged that the Islamic community, individuals, and groups acquaint themselves with the Prophet's methodology regarding health matters, particularly the prevention of infectious diseases and epidemics.
