|a تناول البحث الحالي موضوع ترسيخ ثقافة الحوار لطلاب كلية التربية بجامعة الزقازيق من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلاب، وكان أهم أهدافه رصد واقع ثقافة الحوار لهؤلاء الطلاب، والكشف عن وجهة نظرهم ونظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالكلية فيما يتعلق بترسيخ وتعزيز ثقافة الحوار للطلاب. واستخدمت الباحثة الاستبانة لعدد (۷۰) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية بجامعة الزقازيق، بالإضافة إلى عدد (168) طالبا وطالبة بالفرقة الثانية، وعدد (٢٢٤) طالبا وطالبة بالفرقة الرابعة من طلاب كلية التربية بالزقازيق؛ بهدف جمع المادة العلمية والبيانات المبنية للنزول إلى الواقع الفعلي في الكلية، ثم المعالجة الإحصائية لها، والتي خرجت بنتائج ميدانية، ومن أبرز توصيات ومقترحات البحث: توفير بيئة جامعية داعمة لثقافة الحوار، وتتسم بالحرية والديمقراطية، وإنشاء مركز متخصص لثقافة الحوار داخل الجامعة لنشر ثقافة الحوار ومقوماتها وآلياتها، وضرورة عقد دورات تدريبية متطورة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس؛ لتدريبهم على كيفية تنمية ثقافة الحوار لطلابهم أثناء تدريسهم المقررات الجامعية، وتفعيل الأنشطة الطلابية وخاصة الرحلات العلمية في هذا الجانب، واستخدام طرق التدريس القائمة على أسلوب الحوار والنقاش العلمي.
|b The research dealt with the establishing of dialogue culture for the students of the Faculty of Education Zagazig University, from the point of view of the professors and the students of the university. The aim of this research is to observe the reality of the culture of the dialogue for the professors and the students of the faculty and to know their point of view. The researcher used a questionare for (70) members from the professors of the Faculty of Education in Zagazig University, in addition to (168) students of the second year, and (224) students from the fourth year, this with the aim of collecting scientific studies and data to reach the actual reality in the collage then the statistical treatment of it. The most important recommendations of this research are Providing a university environment that supports the culture of dialogue which characterized by freedom and democracy. And Stablish a special centre for the culture of dialogue in the university to spread the culture of dialogue and its mechanisms. Also it’s important to hold advanced training courses for the faculty members and to train them on how to develop the culture of dialogue for their students during their university courses to their students.
