المستخلص: تناول البحث موقف أبي حيان من تنوع عبارة ابن مالك النحوية في نسخ التسهيل، وتفسيراته لتلك العبارة، وذلك في العبارات التي وازن أبو حيان بينها، وكان له موقف منها. وكان الهدف من ذلك هو بيان مدى صحة موقف أبي حيان من عدمه، والحكم على تفسيرات أبي حيان لعبارات ابن مالك، وكان منهج البحث تحليليا نقديا، حيث إنه يحلل كلام أبي حيان، وينقده، موافقا له تارة، ورادا له تارة أخرى، مستندا في ذلك إلى الدليل. واقتضت طبيعة البحث تقسيمه إلى: مقدمة، وقد اشتملت على أهمية الموضوع وأسباب اختياره، والخطوات التي سرت عليها، والدراسات السابقة، وحدود البحث. مسائل نحوية مشتملة على موقف أبي حيان. خاتمة مشتملة على النتائج التي انتهى إليها الباحث. وقد انتهى البحث إلى أن أبا حيان اهتم بإيراد نسخ التسهيل، والموازنة بينها، وبين البحث دقة عبارات ابن مالك في كثير من المواضع، وأن أبا حيان جانبه الصواب في كثير من مواقفه من عبارة ابن مالك في بعض النسخ، كما أنه لا يستند إلى كلام ابن مالك في شرح التسهيل إلا في المواضع التي تؤيد رأيه، وإلا لم يورد كلامه في شرح التسهيل.

The research discussed the position of Abu Hayyan on the diversity of Ibn Malik's grammatical phrase in the copies of Al-Tasheel, and his interpretations of those expressions, in the expressions compared by Abu Hayyaan, and he had a position on them . The aim was to show the validity of Abu Hayyan's position or not, and to judge Abu Hayyan's interpretations of Ibn Malik's phrases, and the research method was analytical and critical, as it analyzes the words of Abu Hayyan, and criticizes it, agreeing with him at times, and criticizing him at other times, based on evidence . The nature of the research necessitated its division into : Introduction, which included the importance of the topic and the reasons for choosing it, the steps taken, previous studies, and the limits of the research . Grammatical issues including Abu Hayyan's position. Conclusion including the findings of the researcher. The research concluded that Abu Hayyan was interested in citing the copies of al-Tasheel, and comparison between them, and the research shown the accuracy of the expressions of Ibn Malik in several places, and that Abu Hayyan was wrong in many of his positions on the statement of Ibn Malik in some copies, as that he did not rely on the statements of Ibn Malik in the commentary on al-Tasheel except in the places that did not support his opinion, otherwise he did not cite his opinion in the commentary on al-Tasheel.
