المستخلص: نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى ترسيخ المفاهيم اللسانية الحديثة في التراث اللغوي العربي، بتأصيل واحدة منها وهي العلامة اللغوية، وذلك بتسليط الضوء عليها وعلى تجلياتها وأبعادها عند علماء اللغة العرب وضعا واستعمالا، بغية المقاربة بين الدراسات اللغوية القديمة والدراسات الحديثة في مجال اللسانيات بمختلف مستوياتها؛ فقد أثبت اللغويون العرب القدامى مدى أهميتها في تراثنا اللغوي العربي وضعا واستعمالا في تأدية المعاني حقها، موضحين من خلال اهتمامهم وتحليلهم لها قيمتها داخل التركيب اللغوي وخارجه في مختلف علوم اللغة العربية ومستوياتها أيضا حيث تميز تحليلهم بالدقة والعمق في الطرح وذلك نابع من طبيعة اللغة ذاتها وخصائصها التي تتميز بها.

We aim through this study to consolidate modern linguistic concepts in the Arab linguistic heritage, by rooting one of them, the linguistic sign, by shedding light on it and its manifestations and dimensions for Arab linguists in terms of status and use, in order to approximate between ancient linguistic studies and modern studies in the field of linguistics in various their levels. The ancient Arab linguists proved the extent of its importance in our Arabic linguistic heritage, in terms of status and use, in fulfilling its rightful meanings. Their analysis was distinguished by its accuracy and depth in the subtraction, which stems from the nature of the language itself and its characteristics.

Nous visons à travers cette étude à consolider les concepts linguistiques modernes dans le patrimoine linguistique arabe, en enracinant l’un d’entre eux, le signe linguistique, en éclairant celui-ci et ses manifestations et dimensions pour les linguistes arabes en termes de statut et d’usage, afin de rapprocher les études linguistiques anciennes et les études modernes dans le domaine de la linguistique à divers niveaux. Les anciens linguistes arabes ont prouvé l’étendue de son importance dans notre patrimoine linguistique arabe, à la fois en termes de statut et d’utilisation, en remplissant ses significations légitimes. Leur analyse était caractérisée par la précision et la profondeur de la soustraction, et cela découle de la nature de la langue elle-même et de ses caractéristiques.
