المستخلص: Many of development countries started to given a new role to the public sector and over the efficiency of market economic and procedure main changes in the economic role of the government. This is to facing the challenges which is making from "change & adapt" feature the most important. We can consider the feature of "change & adapt" for GCC countries were the important economies facing. The GCC countries followed the voluntarily privatization which is done the adaptability with globalization. So the research including five passages, international economic system periods, the new role to government and privatization mechanism, the characteristic the GCC countries' economies, then justified the privatization mechanism follows in GCC countries, and evaluations privatization in GCC countries, finely the conclusion and recommendation.
