المستخلص: مشكلة البحث: جهل كثير من الناس أحكام الطلاق وآدابه، وما يحصل من كثير من المشاكل التي تتوجب نشر هذه الأحكام والآداب بين الناس. أهداف البحث: تفصيل أحكام العدة والإشهاد- توضيح حق السكنى والنفقة للمطلقة الرجعية أثناء فترة العدة- تأكيد الأمر بإمساك المطلقة بالمعروف أو مفارقتها بالمعروف وتحريم الإضرار بها-بيان أحكام الرضاعة. منهج البحث: المنهج الوصفي الاستنباطي. أهم النتائج:- آيات الطلاق مرتبطة بتقوى الله تعالى -بينت سورة الطلاق ثمرات التقوى- في سورة الطلاق تأكيد بأن بعد الشدة الفرج- لا يكلف الله نفسا إلا ما أتاها هذه الآية من مقاصد الشريعة، ويؤكد الله على هذا المعنى، وعلى أن النفقة بحسب المقدرة -سورة الطلاق تدل على عناية الإسلام بالمرأة المطلقة وقد سميت بسورة النساء الصغرى -نهى الله تعالى عن الإضرار بالمطلقة بأي وجه كان، وهذا من عناية الإسلام بالمرأة. التوصيات: أن يدرس الشباب والشابات معاني وأحكام سورة الطلاق؛ فكثير من مشاكل الطلاق تحدث بسبب جهلهم بآداب وأحكام الطلاق.

Problem of the Research: "Ignorance of Many People About Rulings and Etiquette of Divorce and the Problems Occur That Require the Dissemination of These Rulings and Etiquette Among People". Objectives of the Research: Illustrating the rulings of the waiting period (IDDAH) and written declaration on the divorce, clarifying the right of housing and alimony for the retroactive divorced woman during the waiting period, confirming the order to keep the divorced woman with virtue or separating her with kindness and the prohibition of harming her, and explanation of the rulings of breastfeeding. Approach of the Research: The descriptive deductive approach. Findings of the Research: The verses of divorce are related to the piety of God Almighty. Surat Al-Talaq shows the fruits of piety. In Surat Al- Talaq there is confirmation that ease comes after hardship. (God does not burden a soul except for what He has given it) this verse is one of the purposes of Sharia; God confirms this meaning, and that alimony according to ability. Surat Al-Talaq indicates Islam's care for divorced women and has been called Surat Al-Nisa al-Sughra. God Almighty forbids harming the divorced woman in any way whatsoever, and this is from Islam's care for women. Recommendations of the Research: Young men and women have to be taught the meanings and rulings of Surat Al-Talaq; many of the problems of divorce occur because of their ignorance about the etiquette and rulings of divorce.
