المستخلص: يتحدث بحثنا الموسوم الحرية السياسية للعامل وتطبيقاتها - دراسة مقارنة... عن موضوع بالغ الأهمية في جوانبه العملية والنظرية على حد سواء. فالحديث عن الحرية السياسية للعامل يعني حديث بشكل أوسع عن التوجه السياسي والاقتصادي للدولة ومدى إيمانها بأهمية العامل كعنصر أساسي في بناء المجتمع ومدى دوره في صياغة الفكر السياسي الذي يحمله وتوظيفه سلبا أو إيجابا أثناء ممارسته لأعماله المختلفة التي يبرع فيها كعامل... كما أن أهمية الموضوع تظهر من حيث مدى خضوع العامل لرب العمل وهل يسري هذا الخضوع في العقيدة السياسية التي يحملها العامل بحي يكون تابع ليس إلا لرب العمل وهل كانت النصوص القانونية كافية لان يمارس العامل هذه الحرية دون خضوع لرب العمل وغيره. وعموما انتهى البحث إلى ضرورة أن تكون هناك نصوص دستورية واضحة وقاطعة تبين تمتع العامل بهذه الحرية وأن تكون هناك ضمانات حقيقية لصيانة هذه الحرية من جهة، وصيانة حقوق العامل الأصلية باعتباره عامل من جهة ثانية.

Were the legal texts sufficient for the worker to exercise this freedom without submitting to the employer and others In general, the research concluded that there should be clear and conclusive constitutional texts showing that the worker enjoys this freedom, and that there be real guarantees for the maintenance of this freedom on the one hand, and the maintenance of the worker's original rights as a worker on the other hand
