| 520 | |a يشكل التعاون العسكري ما بين الإيالات العثمانية حجر الزاوية للمؤسسة العسكرية ويعتبر الضامن الوحيد لاستقرار الدولة وبقائها والحفاظ على حدودها طيلة فترة الازدهار والانكسار التي عاشتها الإمبراطورية العثمانية في تاريخها الطويل، وإيالة الجزائر واحدة من أبرز الولايات العثمانية التي خاضت عديد الحروب إلى جانب الخلافة العثمانية ليس من مبدأ التبعية بل من منطلق الولاء للخلافة التي وضعت على عاتقها نشر الإسلام والحفاظ على مقدساته، ولما كانت الجزائر مدركة لهذا كله لبت نداء الإغاثة وشاركت في الحروب الدائرة بين الإمبراطورية الروسية ونظيرتها العثمانية كما لبت النداء في حرب استقلال اليونان إلى غاية تحطم أسطولها البحري في معركة نافرين 1827م أمام تحالف القوى الأوروبية المساندة للثورة اليونانية آنذاك، وتبرز بعض وثائق مصلحة المخطوطات بالمكتبة الوطنية نماذج عن مشاركة الجزائر بأغلب قطع أسطولها البحري في هذه الحروب وخصصت لها حيزا لا بأس به ضمن المراسلات الرسمية الصادرة سواء من الباب العالي أو من الولاة أو من القادة والضباط إلى حكام ودايات الجزائر. |b Military cooperation between the Ottoman regencies (Eyalat) is the cornerstone of the military establishment, to ensure the stability, survival, and the defense of the Ottoman empire throughout its history of prosperity and challenges. On the same line of thought, Algeria is considered as one of the most prominent Ottoman states due to its involvement in many wars alongside the Ottoman Caliphate. However, this affiliation was not out of Subordination, but rather out of loyalty to the caliphate, who was entrusted with the mission of spreading Islam and preserving its sanctities. On the basis of this allegiance, Algeria had responded to the relief appeal and participated in the wars between the Russian Empire and the Ottoman Empire. In addition, Algeria answered the call for the war of independence of Greece, which resulted in the destruction of its naval fleet in the Battle of Navarino in 1827 AD, in the face of the coalition of European powers supporting the Greek revolution at the time. Some documents of the manuscript preservation department in the National Library show samples of Algeria’s participation in these wars, using most of its naval fleet. Notably, official correspondences issued by the Porte, governors, commanders, and officers addressed the rulers and Deyat of Algerian states, recognizing and acknowledging Algeria's contributions. |d La coopération militaire entre les provinces ottomanes est la pierre angulaire de l'establishment militaire Il est considéré comme le seul garant de la stabilité de l'Etat et de la préservation de ses frontières tout au long de la période de force et la faiblesse de l'Empire ottoman dans sa longue histoire, et l'Algérie en est une pas l'une des plus importantes des provinces ottomanes qui ont combattu de nombreuses guerres aux côtés du califat ottoman ne pas non seulement du principe de subordination, mais aussi du principe de fidélité au califat ottoman, qui a oeuvré à répandre l'islam et la préservation de ses sainteté, et l'Algérie a répondu à l'appel aux secours et a participé dans les guerres entre l'Empire russe et son homologue ottoman, l'appel a également été répondu la guerre d'indépendance de la Grèce jusqu'à la destruction de sa flotte navale lors de la bataille de Navrin 1827 AD alliance des puissances européennes soutenant la révolution grecque à l'époque, et certains documents d'intérêt émergent les manuscrits de la bibliothèque nationale sont des exemples de la participation de l'Algérie à sa flotte navale dans ces guerres, un bon espace leur a été alloué dans la correspondance officielle émise soit de la Sublime Porte ou des gouverneurs ou des chefs et officiers aux chefs des gouverneurs d'Algérie. | ||
