المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى تعرف مستوى درجة تطبيق هندسة العمليات الإدارية (الهندرة) من وجهة نظر العاملين في وزارة المالية بمحافظة دمشق. ومستوى الروح المعنوية في وزارة المالية. والعلاقة بين درجة تطبيق هندسة العمليات الإدارية (الهندرة) والروح المعنوية. وأيضا تعرف دلالة الفروق في إجابات أفراد عينة البحث على استبانة الهندرة وعلى استبانة الروح المعنوية وفق متغيري البحث: (سنوات الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي). واعتمد في هذا البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدم أداتي البحث: (استبانة الهندرة، واستبانة الروح المعنوية). وشملت عينة البحث (193) عاملا وعاملة في وزارة المالية بمحافظة دمشق. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث: وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجة تطبيق هندسة العمليات الإدارية (الهندرة) وبين مستوى الروح المعنوية لدى العاملين في وزارة المالية. ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات أفراد عينة البحث على استبانة درجة تطبيق هندسة العمليات الإدارية (الهندرة) وفق متغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح الأفراد الذين يمتلكون مؤهل علمي (دبلوم فأعلى). عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات أفراد عينة البحث على استبانة درجة تطبيق هندسة العمليات الإدارية (الهندرة) وفق متغير سنوات الخبرة. وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات أفراد عينة البحث على استبانة الروح المعنوية تبعا لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي، وعدد سنوات الخبرة.

The aim of the research is to identify the level of application of administrative process engineering (reengineering) from the point of view of workers in the Ministry of Finance in Damascus Governorate. and the level of morale in the Ministry of Finance. And the relationship between the degree of application of management process engineering (reengineering) and morale. The significance of the differences in the answers of the research sample members to the engineering questionnaire and to the morale questionnaire according to the two research variables: (years of experience, educational qualification) was also known. In this research, he relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and used the two research tools: (the engineering questionnaire, and the morale questionnaire). The research sample included (193) male and female workers in the Ministry of Finance in Damascus Governorate. Among the most important findings of the research: There is a positive correlation with statistical significance between the degree of application of administrative process engineering (reengineering) and the level of morale among workers in the Ministry of Finance. And the presence of statistically significant differences between the average scores of the research sample members on the questionnaire on the degree of application of administrative processes engineering (reengineering) according to the educational qualification variable in favor of individuals who have a scientific qualification (diploma and above). There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the research sample members on the questionnaire on the degree of application of administrative processes engineering (reengineering) according to the variable years of experience. And there were no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the research sample members on the morale questionnaire according to the educational qualification variables and the number of years of experience.
