المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى تعرف مستوى واقع تطبيق هندسة العمليات الإدارية (الهندرة) من وجهة نظر العاملين في وزارة الصناعة بمحافظة دمشق. ومستوى الروح المعنوية في وزارة الصناعة. والعلاقة بين واقع تطبيق هندسة العمليات الإدارية (الهندرة) والروح المعنوية. وأيضا تعرف دلالة الفروق في إجابات أفراد عينة البحث على استبانة الهندرة وعلى استبانة الروح المعنوية وفق متغيري البحث: (سنوات الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي). واعتمد في هذا البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدم أداتي البحث: (استبانة الهندرة، واستبانة الروح المعنوية). وشملت عينة البحث (193) عاملا وعاملة في وزارة الصناعة بمحافظة دمشق. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث: وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين واقع تطبيق هندسة العمليات الإدارية (الهندرة) وبين مستوى الروح المعنوية لدى العاملين في وزارة الصناعة. ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات أفراد عينة البحث على استبانة واقع تطبيق هندسة العمليات الإدارية (الهندرة) وفق متغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح الأفراد الذين يمتلكون مؤهل علمي (دبلوم فأعلى). عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات أفراد عينة البحث على استبانة واقع تطبيق هندسة العمليات الإدارية (الهندرة) وفق متغير سنوات الخبرة. وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات أفراد عينة البحث على استبانة الروح المعنوية تبعا لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي، وعدد سنوات الخبرة.

The objective of the research is to know the level of the reality of the application of the engineering processes of management (engineering) from the perspective of workers in the Ministry of Industry in Damascus Governorate. The level of morale in the Ministry of Industry. And the relationship between the reality of the application of engineering processes (administrative) and morale. The significance of the differences in the responses of the members of the research sample is also known as the number of years of experience and the scientific qualification. In this research, the analytical descriptive approach was adopted, and the research tools were used: (Determination of algebra, and identification of morale). The sample included (193) workers working in the Ministry of Industry in Damascus Governorate. The most important findings of the research: the existence of a positive correlation relationship of statistical significance between the reality of the application of engineering processes (administrative) and the level of morale among employees in the Ministry of Industry. And the existence of differences of statistical significance between the average scores of the members of the research sample on the identification of the reality of the application of the engineering processes (administrative) according to the variable qualification for the benefit of individuals who have a scientific qualification (diploma and above). There were no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample of the research sample on the question of the application of engineering engineering processes according to the variable years of experience. And the absence of statistically significant differences between the average scores of the members of the research sample on the questionnaire of the morale according to the variables of the scientific qualification and the number of years of experience.
