المستخلص: سعت الدراسة الحالية إلى استكشاف معوقات النشر الدولي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الكليات التربوية بجامعة القاهرة واعتمدت الدراسة لتحقيق أهدافها على المنهج الوصفي، وحرصت الدراسة على أن تكون العينة ممثلة لمجتمع الدراسة، حيث أرسل الباحث استبانة إلكترونية لجميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الكليات التربوية بجامعة القاهرة، والبالغ عددهم (319) عضو هيئة تدريس، وبلغ عدد المستجيبين (102) عضو هيئة تدريس من مختلف الأقسام والدرجات العلمية بالكليات التربوية. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن درجة موافقة أفراد العينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس على توافر أبعاد معوقات النشر العلمي الدولي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس في الكليات التربوية بجامعة القاهرة في المحور الأول ككل كانت بدرجة كبيرة، وحصل البعد الخاص بالمعوقات المتعلقة بالاتجاهات والمهارات والمعارف اللازمة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس للنشر الدولي، على المرتبة الأولى في الترتيب تبعاً لاستجابات أفراد العينة بدرجة كبيرة، وحصل البعد الخاص بالمعوقات المتعلقة بالمناخ الأكاديمي وإدارة شئون البحث العلمي بالجامعة على المرتبة الثانية في الترتيب بدرجة كبيرة، أما البعد الخاص بالمعوقات المتعلقة بالدوريات العلمية الدولية وإجراءات النشر الدولي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس للنشر الدولي، فقد حصل على المرتبة الثالثة في الترتيب بدرجة كبيرة. كما خلصت الدراسة إلى أن درجة موافقة أفراد العينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس على تحقق أبعاد متطلبات مواجهة معوقات النشر العلمي الدولي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس في الكليات التربوية بجامعة القاهرة في المحور الثاني ككل كانت بدرجة كبيرة، وحصل البعد الخاص بالمتطلبات التي تتعلق بالدوريات العلمية الدولية وإجراءات النشر الدولي، على المرتبة الأولى في الترتيب تبعاً لاستجابات أفراد العينة بدرجة كبيرة، كما حصل البعد الخاص بالمتطلبات التي تتعلق بالمناخ الأكاديمي وإدارة شئون البحث العلمي بالجامعة على المرتبة الثانية في الترتيب بدرجة كبيرة، أما البعد الخاص بالمتطلبات التي تتعلق بالاتجاهات والمهارات والمعارف اللازمة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس للنشر الدولي، فقد حصل على المرتبة الثالثة في الترتيب بدرجة كبيرة. كما خلصت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أعضاء هيئة التدريس حول معوقات النشر العلمي الدولي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الكليات التربوية بجامعة القاهرة ومتطلبات المواجهة تعزى لمتغير الجنس (ذكور - إناث) والدرجة العلمية (أستاذ - أستاذ مساعد - مدرس)، والقسم العلمي، وخلصت الدراسة كذلك إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوي دلالة 0.05 بين متوسطات المجموعات وفقاً للكلية في الاستبانة ككل، وفي المحور الأول (معوقات النشر العلمي الدولي) لصالح كلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة وكلية التربية النوعية.

The current study sought to explore the obstacles to international publishing among faculty members in the educational faculties at Cairo University, and the study relied on the descriptive approach to achieve its objectives. The number of them is (319) faculty members, and the number of respondents is (102) faculty members from various departments and academic degrees in educational colleges. The study concluded that the degree of agreement of the sample members of the faculty members on the availability of dimensions of obstacles to international scientific publishing for faculty members in the educational faculties at Cairo University in the first axis as a whole was very high. The dimension of the obstacles related to the academic climate and the management of scientific research affairs at the university ranked first in the ranking according to the responses of the sample members to a large extent. As for the dimension of the obstacles related to international scientific journals and international publishing procedures for faculty members for international publishing, He ranked third in the ranking by a large degree. The study also concluded that the degree of agreement of the sample members of the teaching staff to achieve the dimensions of the requirements of facing the obstacles of international scientific publishing for faculty members in the educational faculties at Cairo University in the second axis as a whole was to a large degree, and the dimension of the requirements related to international scientific journals and international publishing procedures was obtained. The dimension of the requirements related to the academic climate and the management of scientific research affairs at the university ranked second in the ranking to a large extent, while the dimension of the requirements related to the attitudes, skills and knowledge necessary for faculty members to publish Internationally, it ranked third in the ranking by a large degree. The study also concluded that there were no statistically significant differences between the average responses of faculty members about the obstacles to international scientific publishing among faculty members in the educational faculties at Cairo University, and the requirements of confrontation attributed to the variable of gender (males - females) and academic degree (professor - assistant professor - teacher).), and the scientific department, and the study also concluded that there are statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 between the averages of the groups according to the college in the questionnaire as a whole, and in the first axis (obstacles to international scientific publishing) in favor of the College of Early Childhood Education and the College of Specific Education.
