المستخلص: The current research aims to find out the actual and basic reality of values and their role in inducing social responsibility within society and how to face. Individuals are responsible for social responsibility through their values and then comes the identification of obstacles that affect the dissemination of social responsibility on. The research then touched upon the role of values in maintaining social responsibility from the perspective of Islamic education and the important role. The actual difference between Islamic education and its great interest in spreading values is that it is of great importance in the cohesion and solidarity of society and the spread of love among its members. Social responsibility is a general responsibility of individuals and institutions, and the researcher used the deductive approach during his research, where between the role of values and it plays a major role in guiding social responsibility through the Islamic educational perspective, and the researcher concluded from his research results that. Values have a great role in the progress of societies, and they produce a good citizen for us and require the participation of all institutions and members of society in spreading and preserving them. So that it will continue with future generations.

The aim of the research is to identify the intellectual and philosophical framework of the approach to servant leadership in contemporary administrative literature, to identify the reality of practicing the dimensions of servant leadership in public secondary schools in Sohag Governorate, and to identify the requirements for applying the dimensions of servant leadership in public secondary schools in Sohag Governorate. The research relied on the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire was used as a main tool for data collection, and the study sample was (587) individuals, and they were chosen randomly. The most important results of the study were as follows: 1. Some public Secondary School principals lack moral support for teachers and all School staff. 2. Ambiguity in the distribution of roles and responsibilities of some public Secondary School principals, teachers and all employees. 3. The absence of a community culture that encourages benefiting from the volunteer efforts offered by the school. 4. Some Secondary School leaders are far from being objective in distributing tasks and assignments. 5. Weakness in spreading and strengthening the culture of empowerment and focusing on personal factors more than focusing on work. 6. Weak Leadership methods and practices followed in General with the lack of powers granted to the school administration. In the end, the researcher came up with some requirements for the application of servant leadership in public secondary schools, which are administrative, organizational, human and material requirements.
