المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي بصفة رئيسية إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين الوعي بدور المواقع الإلكترونية المتخصصة (الدور التعريفي- الدور التأثيري- ككل)، وبعض مهارات القيادة الأسرية (إدارة الأولويات- إدارة وحل المشكلات- إدارة التغيير- ككل) حيث تم استيفاء البيانات من خلال تطبيق أدوات البحث إلكترونيا والممثلة في (استمارة البيانات الأولية، استمارة البيانات الخاصة باستخدام المواقع الإلكترونية المتخصصة، استبيان الوعي بدور المواقع الإلكترونية المتخصصة- استبيان مهارات القيادة الأسرية) على عينة قوامها (213) ربة أسرة تم اختيارهن بطريقة عمدية غرضية من مستخدمات المواقع الإلكترونية المتخصصة محل البحث عاملات وغير عاملات، ريفيات وحضريات ومن مستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية مختلفة، وقد اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما تم تصنيف وتبويب البيانات وإجراء التحليلات الإحصائية المناسبة باستخدام برنامج (SPSS) لاستخلاص النتائج التي كان أهمها وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين الوعي بدور المواقع الإلكترونية المتخصصة (المحاور- ككل) وبعض مهارات القيادة الأسرية (الأبعاد- ككل)، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات ربات الأسر في الوعي بدور المواقع الإلكترونية المتخصصة تبعا لكل من عمل ربة الأسرة، مدة استخدام المواقع الإلكترونية المتخصصة، عمر ربة الأسرة، المستوى التعليمي لربة الأسرة، مدة الحياة الزوجية، فئات الدخل الشهري للأسرة، وذلك لصالح العاملات، المدة الأطول في استخدام المواقع الإلكترونية المتخصصة، الفئات العمرية الأصغر لربات الأسر، وربات الأسر ذوات المستوى التعليمي الأعلى، ومدة الحياة الزوجية الأقل، والمنتميات لأسر ذات دخل متوسط على التوالي، ولم توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات ربات الأسر في الوعي بدور المواقع الإلكترونية المتخصصة تبعا لمكان السكن، وعدد أفراد الأسرة. ومن ناحية أخرى فقد وجدت فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات ربات الاسر في مهارات القيادة الأسرية تبعا لمدة استخدام المواقع الإلكترونية المتخصصة، عمر ربة الأسرة، المستوى التعليمي لربة الأسرة، مدة الحياة الزوجية، فئات الدخل الشهري للأسرة، وذلك لصالح المدة الأطول في استخدام المواقع الإلكترونية المتخصصة، الفئات العمرية الأكبر لربات الأسر، وربات الأسر ذوات المستوى التعليمي الأعلى، مدة الحياة الزوجية الأطول، وربات الأسر المنتميات لأسر ذات دخل شهري منخفض ومتوسط على التوالي، ولم توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات ربات الأسر في مهارات القيادة الأسرية تبعا لمكان السكن، وعمل ربة الأسرة فيما عدا مهارة (إدارة الأولويات- إدارة التغيير- ككل) التي جاءت لصالح ربات الأسر العاملات، هذا وقد شارك الوعي بالدور التعريفي بأعلى نسبة في تفسير بعض مهارات القيادة الأسرية لربات الأسر، تلاه نسبة الوعي بالدور التأثيري. وفي ضوء النتائج قدمت الباحثتان عددا من التوصيات الموجهة لقطاعات الدولة المختلفة كـ(الجهات المعنية بالأسرة والمرأة، ووسائل الإعلام المختلفة، والمؤسسات التعليمية، والمتخصصين في مجال إدارة المنزل والمؤسسات) والتي توضح كيفية تأسيس وتنمية بعض مهارات القيادة عامة والأسرية خاصة في مختلف المجالات وعلى كافة الأصعدة.

The main objective of the current research to reveal the nature of the relationship between awareness of the role of specialized websites (introductory role- influence role- as a whole), and some family leadership skills (priority management- management and problem solving- change management- as a whole) Where the data was completed through the application of electronic search tools represented in (primary data form, data form for using specialized websites, awareness questionnaire about the role of specialized websites - questionnaire about some family leadership skills) on a sample consisting of (213) Housewives were chosen in a deliberate and purposeful manner from the users of the specialized websites in question, working and non-working, rural and urban, and from different social and economic levels. The selection was made in a deliberate and purposeful manner. The research followed the descriptive analytical approach. The data was also classified and tabulated and appropriate statistical analyzes were conducted using the SPSS program to draw results, the most important of which was the existence of a positive correlation between awareness of the role of sites Specialized electronic (the axes- as a whole) and some family leadership skills (dimensions- as a whole). And there are statistically significant differences between the average scores of heads of household in awareness of the role of specialized websites according to the work of the head of the family, the period of use of specialized websites, the age of the head of the family, the educational level of the head of the family, the duration of married life, and the monthly income groups of the family, for the benefit of female workers. the longest period of using specialized websites, the youngest age groups of female heads of household, heads of families with a higher educational level, The minimum length of married life, and those belonging to families with a middle income, respectively, and there were no statistically significant differences between the average scores of female heads of household in awareness of the role of websites Specialized electronic according to the place of residence and the number of family members.

On the other hand, there were statistically significant differences between the average scores of female heads of household in family leadership skills according to the duration of using the sites, the age of the head of the family, the educational level of the head of the family, the duration of married life, the monthly income groups of the family, in favor of the longer period of using the sites, age groups The oldest, with higher educational level, longer married life, and belonging to families with low and medium monthly income, respectively, and there were no statistically significant differences in family leadership skills according to place of residence, and the work of the head of the family, except for skills (priority management- change management- as a whole) which came in favor of working heads of families, and awareness of the induction role shared the highest percentage in interpreting family leadership skills, followed by the percentage of awareness of the influential role. In light of the results, the researchers presented a number of recommendations directed to the various sectors of the state, such as (the authorities concerned with the family and women, the various media, educational institutions, and specialists in the field of home management and institutions), which explain how to establish and develop leadership skills in general and creative in particular in various fields and at all levels.
