المستخلص: "استهدف البحث دراسة طبيعة العلاقة بين إدارة الخلاف وجودة اتخاذ القرار لدى ربة الأسرة. وتكونت عينة البحث من (300) ربة أسرة من قرى ومحافظات مختلفة، من مستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية مختلفة، عاملات وغير عاملات، ويشترط في العينة وجود أبناء وتم اختيارهن بطريقة صدفية غرضية، تكونت أدوات البحث من استمارة البيانات العامة للأسرة، استبيان إدارة الخلاف لربة الأسرة، استبيان جودة اتخاذ القرار لربة الأسرة، وقد اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وأوضحت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا عند 0.01 بين إدارة الخلاف بمحاوره وجودة اتخاذ القرار بأبعاده، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ربات الأسر العاملات وغير العاملات في إجمالي إدارة الخلاف لصالح ربات الأسر العاملات، وأيضا وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ربات الأسر العاملات وغير العاملات في إجمالي جودة اتخاذ القرار لصالح ربات الأسر العاملات، وجود تباين دال إحصائيا بين ربات الأسر في إجمالي إدارة الخلاف تبعا لمستوى تعليم رب الأسرة لصالح مستوى التعليم المرتفع (مؤهل جامعي، حاصل على ماجستير، حاصل على دكتوراه)، وأيضا وجود تباين دال إحصائيا بين ربات الأسر في إجمالي جودة اتخاذ القرار تبعا لمستوى تعليم رب الأسرة لصالح مستوى التعليم المرتفع، كما أوضحت النتائج عدم وجود تباين دال إحصائيا بين ربات الأسر في إجمالي إدارة الخلاف تبعا للدخل الشهري للأسرة، بينما أوضحت وجود تباين دال إحصائيا بين ربات الأسر في إجمالي جودة اتخاذ القرار تبعا للدخل الشهري للأسرة لصالح فئة الدخل المتوسط (3000 لأقل من 6000 جنية). وقدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات كان من أهمها عدم اقتصار المناهج الدراسية التي تحتوى على علوم الأسرة أو مبادئ اتخاذ القرارات العلمية على بعض الجامعات وضرورة إدخالها في جميع كليات الفتيات فهن أمهات المستقبل ومن الضروري أن تترسخ فيهم هذه المبادئ ليكن ربات أسر ناجحات، والاستعانة بأصحاب الرأي المؤثر في المجتمع خاصة المتخصصين في علوم الأسرة للاستفادة من خبراتهم في تقديم حلول مختلفة للخلافات التي تواجهه ربة الأسرة سواء مع الأبناء أو مع الزوج في البرامج التلفزيونية، تفعيل دور المؤسسات الاجتماعية الخاصة بربة الأسرة مثل الجمعيات النسائية والمجلس القومي للمرأة عن طريق عمل ندوات وورش عمل يلقيها متخصص لتوعية ربة الأسرة على الطرق الجديدة والفعالة لمواجهة الخلافات التي تقابلها."

The research aimed to study the nature of the relationship between conflict management and the quality of decision-making of the head of the family, and the research sample consisted of (300) female heads of household from different villages and governorates, of different social and economic levels, working and non-working, and the sample required the presence of children and they were chosen in a purposive way, The research tools consisted of the pubic data form for the family, the dispute management questionnaire for the head of the family, the questionnaire for the quality of decision-making for the head of the family. There are statistically significant differences between working and non-working heads of families in the total conflict management in favor of working heads of families, and also there are statistically significant differences between working and nonworking heads of families in the total quality of decision-making in favor of working heads of families, and there is a statistically significant difference between heads of families in Total conflict management according to the level of education of the head of the family in favor of the high level of education (university qualification, master’s degree, doctorate), and there is also a statistically significant difference between the head of the family The results showed that there was no statistically significant difference between the heads of households in the total conflict management according to the family’s monthly income, while there was a statistically significant difference between the heads of families in the total quality of decision-making. The decision is based on the monthly income of the family in favor of the middle income category (3000 to less than 6000 pounds). The study presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which was that the curricula that contain family sciences or the principles of scientific decision-making should not be limited to some universities and the need to include them in all girls’ colleges, as they are future mothers. In society, especially specialists in family sciences, to benefit from their experiences in providing different solutions to the conflicts that the head of the family faces, whether with the children or with the husband in television programmes, activating the role of the social institutions of the head of the family, such as women’s associations and the National Council for Women, by holding seminars and workshops delivered by a specialist To educate the head of the family on the new and effective ways to confront the differences that they encounter.
