|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى وعي الباحثين من الهيئة المعاونة بأقسام المكتبات والمعلومات بالجامعات المصرية برخص المشاع الإبداعي وإفادتهم منها، فضلا عن موقفهم من مبدأ إتاحة المصنفات برخص المشاع الإبداعي لتقليل القيود التي تفرضها الملكية الفكرية، وإتاحة المزيد من الصلاحيات للمرخص له للاستفادة من المصنفات بهذه الرخص، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالإضافة إلى المنهج المسحي الميداني؛ لحصر أقسام المكتبات والمعلومات بالجامعات المصرية، وبلغ عدد الكليات التي بها أقسام المكتبات والمعلومات بالجامعات المصرية 22 كلية منها 19 كلية بجامعات التعليم العام، و3 كليات بجامعة الأزهر، وبلغ مجتمع الدراسة 139 من إجمالي 174 من الباحثين، واعتمدت الدراسة على الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: جاء من لديهم العلم برخص المشاع الإبداعي بنسبة 34.5% من مجتمع الدراسة، ولكن بشكل عام هناك ضعف في مستوى وعي وإفادة الباحثين من رخص المشاع الإبداعي، كما تؤيد نسبة 85.4% من مجتمع الدراسة مبدأ رخص المشاع الإبداعي.
|b This study aimed to know the extent of awareness of researchers in the of library and information science departments in Egyptian universities about the licenses of Creative Commons and their benefit from it, As well as; their position on the principle of making works available under Creative Commons licenses to reduce restrictions imposed by intellectual property, and allowing more powers for the licensee to benefit from the works with these licenses. The study used the descriptive analytical method in addition to the field survey method to inventorying the library and information science departments in the Egyptian universities, where the number of faculties that have library and information science departments in Egyptian universities is 22 faculties, including 19 faculties in universities of general education and 3 faculties at Al-Azhar University, and the study population represented 139 out of a total of 174 researchers, and the study relied on the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The study reached a number of results, the most important: The percentage of those who have knowledge of Creative Commons licenses reached 34.5% of the study population, but in general there is a weakness in the level of awareness and benefit researchers of creative commons licenses, also, 85.4% of the study population supports the principle of creative commons licenses.
